Very disappointed with my service at the Shelbourne location tonight. Opened up the box, and not only was the pizza very sloppily made, but there was also a piece missing. Tried to wave thr delivery guy down before he left to question him about it, and he just sped off. Very unhappy customer tonight!
We love it ?Thin crust is too thin but it's OKWe got three large pizzas for paying only $31 ..its a good deal..looking forward to order more ?
Tasty pizza and cheesy bread are my favourite. They always give fast service.
A hate crime against ItaliansThe pizza is tasty but it's often cut really uneven. In all fairness we order on Mondays so it's pretty busy. Sometimes we get a random mushroom or a piece of sausage that we didn't order but it's like a fun bonus. Been going to this location every Monday for two years and will not be stopping.

My food was ok, but over heard the person in charge for the night being very disrespectful towards the younger employees to the point of tears. Things need to be better
In the past I’ve always had great service here and the management team, workers, and delivery drivers have been very professional, friendly and efficient. However, during my most recent visit I witnessed the manager (Brianna) being borderline abusive towards her younger employees, using foul and discriminatory language towards them. Her overall attitude and the way she treated those poor employees made me sick to my stomach. The off-hand comments she made as well as her blatant negligence of the store had me so shocked and disgusted that I couldn’t even stand the thought of eating here. Until the exploitation of their employees is fixed I would NOT recommend going here or supporting this business.
In the past there have been issues with mixups, but recently they have been on point! lorelei (I hope I'm spelling that right) was so courteous and friendly and I felt that she deserved an extra star on her own. Great job guys keep up the quality and very apparent teamwork!
