Best. Doughnuts. Evar. (In Victoria) coffee is delicious, the staff are really nice and fun. The egg buns are great value and delicious. You won’t go wrong with Discovery. (Best doughnuts in town, yea, I’m saying it twice.)
I would give 6 stars if available - Very friendly staff, and amazing coffee - Donuts. A must stop if you want to have a good breakfast on the sweet side. Highly recommended.
This was my first time at this location. I was drawn in by a desire for a *good* cup of coffee. I had not had coffee that day. Not only was my Americano excellent, the music being played by the employees lifted my spirits. And…a shout out to the wonderful employees as I arrived 10 minutes before closing (I did not realize the time ?)! They were so gracious.
A real sense of community; the plant wall I wish I had at home; a great friendly vibe; a comfortable place to get some work done, or meet with people and, (uppercase F) Flavourful, aromatic excellent coffee that has nuance and varying notes of coffee bean intensity.The experience of the variety of flavours makes each cup of coffee special.I heard someone (in store) once say that Discovery Coffee was a precious coffee bean nectar; and I understood what they meant. I savour each cup, from first sip to the last. I get excited when I get to treat myself to a cappuccino (*w/almond milk).The other highlight are the baked goods. The vegan friendly apple fritter is heavenly!...I think I just talked myself into going there now!
Wonderful lattes. Perfect milk temperature and silky balanced medium espresso. The morning glory muffin was also delicious. Fast service, friendly staff. Will visit again, maybe even take some beans home.

Discovery is one of the independent local roasters who can always be depended on for excellent coffee... And better donuts. Actually, get both. And relax. It's a good day.
So far Discovery Coffee’s batch is the best one among other coffee shops’ that I’ve ever tried. Their place also has an outstanding design.However! I stopped here on a rainy day with a friend. I planned on having a coffee and nothing else, but I made the mistake of accepting a wee bit of my companions donut!! oh my goodness! it was the chocolate cruller. It was divine. The doughnut was moist and light. This was a mistake, because now I want to go back. The service was excellent and the washrooms were clean. My friend and I had a nice visit. The tables are spaced out with lots of room. Chairs and tables outside as well. Definitely stop here for a treat. You will not be disappointed!!
