Good service and great communication. I ordered a cake with an edible printed photo and I was nervous about it but it turned out really great, the employees were personable and helpful.
Busy little place first sunny day of Feb2022. Had Banana split as best price for two people to share.
ICE CREAM IS DILUTED.Served stale brownie from Tupperware bin stored on top of ice cream machine. When I asked for my money back after trying to eat my inedible mess, the server refused. Reported franchise, no follow up. Restaurant inspectors need to pay attention to this place. And the ice cream doesn’t taste like other DQ’s. Will never go back.2019/05/31 - The owner may have responded to my review on Google below here but I have never been contacted. Hillside DQ made an effort to talk to me at the time, I would recommend trying that location. Avoid this place.
Very nice, friendly staff and very tasty eats!! Thank you for the wonderful experience...highly recommend this location
This Dairy Queen has the best staff! Always courteous and friendly.
Food as expected, nice and hot because it is not a busy time. Although limited indoor seating available,; no proper Covid cleaning between customers:(
Extremely overpriced, usually takes upwards of 10 minutes just for a bucket of 10 fries which costs $6
working conditions were very unsanitary and they laid me off without emailing me or anything plus everything is overpriced.
The $5 ice cream cone I bought was melting from the moment they handed it to me. It even dripped onto my new pair of shoes, staining them permanently. This has got to be the worst Dairy Queen location I've been to.
Zero customer service skills from a few staff. I have been very patient with the staff I have interacted with, and of the few times I have visited only 2 women at the front have been good at customer service and 1 man who was a cook in the back who was polite enough to explain that something went wrong with my order. Other than that, I've been ignored when I've asked politely for some help, I have gotten an "uhdunno" when I asked if I could order and a point to the fridges without a word when I was looking for dilly bars but couldn't see them. Hillside location has much better service and the people are almost always smiling and are willing to explain things in a nice manner. The problem is how far it is for me, compared to the Fort Street location. If anyone can do something about this, please do so. I am tired of dealing with uninterested and rude employees here. Thanks.
