This place is a joke. Waited 15 minutes for two milkshakes only to be handed them by some guy who’s hands were covered in whipped topping and ice cream. The cup was so slimy and gross and when I tried to take a sip it was all chocolate syrup. Will never come here again.
This manager needs to learn to make Buster bars. The box I bought you were lucky to find 1 tsp of fudge in the whole bar. Basically a Dilly bar with a few nuts at buster bar prices.
Would be a zero if there was an option. Actively standing on the store watching 6 staff members stand around and stare out at customs waiting for orders. All of the staff look like they hate there job and there is not very work appropriate music blasting to the point you can't even grab anyone attention. Someone needs to come in and overhall this entire staff. Retrain and change the culture or kick them to the curb. As a previous food service manager I am appalled. Still waiting for our food after several customers after us have come and gone. Asked where ours is and given excuses. Oh nice now someone is on their phone... ps this was written over the almost an hour we waited for 2 blizzards. Step by step so everyone knows not to come here.
Everything was really good, all the food was nice. However my blizzard had a huge chunk of plastic at the bottom and i nearly choked on it... (also none of the employees were wearing hair nets please fix that as well.)
When the small chocolate sundae I paid nearly $7 for was handed to me I thought I had the wrong order. The cup was filled with ice cream squashed to one side & about a tablespoon of sauce on one side. When I questioned the staff I was told "we were running low on the chocolate" so I questioned them again & was told "that if I waited for them to refill I could get more added on" ? unimpressed on the cost & completion of a simple task.
We ordered an ice cream cake well in advance-- special order-- for a work event--no orio crumbs-- so gluten free! Picked up the cake-- very plainly decorated but ok. (Orange n yellow?) Got back to work n going away party began. FULL of crumbs--so the guest of honour n 2 others watched us eat the cake. Big fail. Never again. For $38 it should be right.
There is a sign on the wall that says “if your blizzard isn’t served upside down, the next one is free.”When my blizzard was not served upside down I tried to redeem this offer and the employee just walked away from me.I got another employees attention and said that I would like my free blizzard voucher.Employee: “it doesn’t count if it is served in a tray.”Me: “it doesn’t say that, and there’s only two of them. You could simply have turned them upside down when you walked over to the counter and asked me if I want a tray.”Employee: “no.”Me: “ Why do you have that sign up if you don’t intend to honour it?”Employee: *walks away*If the offer is subject to a set of unlisted rules then it’s not a real offer, it’s a lie.
Waited in line for over 10 minutes today until someone finally took my order, I was the only person in line, standing right in front of the cash Register. Some worker asks me after about 5 minutes "what did you order" I said I'm still waiting to order, she said "oh your still waiting?" Then went back to assembling other orders. About 5 minutes later she asks me the exact same thing, I haven't moved from the exact same spot and I just respond "are you joking? I'm still waiting to order". Then finally someone else comes, she also thought I already ordered, and i just say from who?? Then waited about another 5 plus minutes on top of that for my food to finally be ready. I'm about to eat it now and hopefully there isn't something wrong with that.... you need to train your staff better. Someone shouldn't ask what did i order then proceed to walk away to do other things after I said I'm waiting for my order to be taken....
I have visited this branch twice and always walked away with stomach problems. Unfortunately I must say, that last visit was more effective than taking laxatives. I suspect ketchup that tasted a bit funny
March 22: Add another low rating. There are just kids running this location! No hair nets, that’s what I was going to reach out to DQ about. Low and behold the female who made my sons icecream cone, had several hairs on it! How is more than one even possible??? It was a pain to make a complaint too, their site wouldn’t location wouldn’t work. Dq Twitter suggested one place that didn’t respond. But I did make contact, not that they saw or heard all of my complaint. We won’t be back with kids behind the counter!March 23 edit; I’ve already contacted fan relations and they said they sent my concern out to where it should be. The initial DQ website did not locate my area to process my first attempt to contact. Hence going to Twitter DQ.
