the last few times i have gone to this dairy queen location have been horrible. i’ll order a large cone/sundae and get this size of a small. the ice cream was so skinny and barely went over the edge of the cup. the DQ sundae always was taller than the cup, i was finally fed up enough this time that i asked for a refund. i should not be paying for a large and receive a small. i would not recommend going to this location, they over charge for the amount of ice cream you get. i will not be returning.
Wow! Fast food? Nah, it took over 16 minutes after placing my order (without counting how slow they were at actually putting the order into the system and getting my money). I had to get someone to find what had happened. It wasn't even that they were cooking food for my order. It was just a shake! How many seconds is that supposed to take? Also NO whip cream whatsoever nor much of anything really. TERRIBLE!
Our last trip to this location will be our last trip ever to this location. Service was slow, and frankly pretty awful. Food took forever, they forgot my order and served 5 or 6 people ahead of me (you could see it on the screen)...Blizzard was the worst I have had, ever. Pretty much a $6 cup of plain ice cream. FMLHonestly I will normally cut some people some slack, or be more understanding...but this was terrible.My advice, avoid this location.Plus side, after forgetting my order, she at least made them rush it and acknowledged the issue and apologized. Props for that..
Good food, however I wanted a coffee and to my surprise they don't sell it!
Horribly slow. Waited 20 minutes for 2 snack wraps and a cheeseburger with one other person in store. Employees on their phones and don't care at all. Chicken wraps had barely a sliver of chicken in them. Bad even by fast food standards.
Worst dairy queen experience I have had. Ordered the 6 piece chicken strips with large fries and gravy and a pepsi and also ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard. When I got home I realized that there were regular sized fries in the box. Not a big deal. I'll get over fries. Kept my blizzard for later and then went to go eat it and there were no cookie dough bits in the blizzard. I'm sorry but you take my money and give me not what I ordered. That is pretty poor. Not to mention when I was at the store there were more confusion about other people's orders. Whoever is running this place is not running it well.
Went in to get a oreo blizzard and had a stomach ache within the next 20 mins and I don’t get reactions to their ice cream usually..
my order wasn’t correct, and i told the manager, but she claimed she made it right. she was not saying she would remake it so i had to ask her. even then she replied very rudely and gave me a dirty look. she had a very bad attitude and she claims she’s been working there for 3 years, but it did not seem like she’s ever talked to a person before. She should not be working in customer service.
Do not go to this location.The staff don't seem to know what's going on since the last few times I went they've messed up orders including giving us someone else's tonight.The last time I got a blizzard from there it was soft icecream and tonight our burgers the chicken especially was extremely dry and hard, if it wasn't for how hungry I was I would have thrown it in the trash where it should have gone. Don't waste your money it's not worth it
