Almost seven dollars for a small blizzard??? About same amount of ice cream you get in a cone from McDonalds for a dollar!
Worst customer service would not want to replace my order after they messed up
From my experience, when the sun comes out this place is hopping. Pecan pie blizzards are BOGO right now which is a great treat. The staff are great at this location and we will be back.
Staff were very busy but friendly and when my food was delayed, offered to store our blizzards in the freezer while I had to wait. Glad they offered and was a nice touch.
Worst cx service...need more training for the front staff, specially the the guy with a black cap n gloves, very rude n too much attitude, not professional at all. Wud have given 0 star if I had the option

The Oreo blizzards have zero Oreo in them and the staff argues about it. They do not hold the blizzards upside dowm to show it's thick. I'll never go back.
Terrible slow service. I can't comment on the quality on the food because I give up waiting in line after ten minutes or more while the poor cashier tries her best to help the hungry people in front of me. 3 or 4 other people were running around behind her making Dilly Bars, etc when they should have been helping customers. If I was the manager I would definitely look at better training and staffing at the front counter.

The service was good when we could get to the cash register. The main issue on my visit was the excruciatingly long order being made by a customer who needed every item to be made a specific way (eg. over cooked fries, light on the condiments, I think, etc.). I'm all for customer satisfaction, but as soon as she was done the order she started talking with the staff about inventory levels and shifts. She was one of the managers. She needed to appreciate that she created a really long lineup of people.
