Went on a class trip there today. The staff were professional and got 30 kids ice-cream in a timely manner.
I ordered through Uber at least an hour and a half before closing time. My order never came... I understand there can be long waiting times but this is really disappointing.
I gave them 4 stars. If they would bulldoze this ancient location and build a bigger, modern one with a drive thru and hire more staff, I could give them 5 stars.
Wonderful. Tastes great, and the person working at the till was very good at organizing things to ensure people were getting their orders exactly how they were requested.
Staff were great and it was busy, so we didn't mind cramming into a small table space.
Friendly service, good food, and always a good spot to chill with your buddies and have some good ice cream! As they say it’s fan food not fast food and after coming under new ownership this restaurant has become one of my favourites again. Their food is always warm and cooked perfectly, their blizzards are always so cold and delicious. Love the vibes and good times.
Sometimes the buns seem dry or stale but when they are not it's sooo good.-edit, it's been a few months and the buns have improved greatly, I have adjusted my rating accordingly.
My 2 kids and I walked it at about 1630 on 2 March 2022. We stood there for 10 mins and were ignored by staff. When I asked if we could order we were again ignored. Won’t be going back.
