Massive portions but super tasty food! Make sure you're starving when visiting this place!
This place was great! Came for late night dinner and it surpassed my expectations for food, service, and environment. Will be recommending it to chicken-eating friends who are visiting Victoria in the future!
We ordered the spicy & sour chicken and spicy sweet chicken, seafood spicy soup and spicy fish cake soup! All were delicious and the service was great!!!!
Great place, half portion is huge and perfect! The staff has great attitude! Loved it
5/20/22: Walked in at opening. Large group of 10 of us mixed adults and children. They were very accommodating. Ordered Original and Spicy chili fried chicken, noodle salad, and vege udonService was friendly and quick. Everything was delicious.
We had a great time at Chimac Seattle so when we found out there’s a branch in Victoria, we wanted to bring the kids here yesterday.Unfortunately the experience was horrible.All of the chicken pieces were DRY. They were way too overcooked. Even my kids who would usually devour any fried chicken dishes decided to leave almost the entire plate untouched.The staffs at lunch wasn’t exactly friendly either.I really wanted to think this was a one-off experience, but my local friend who came with us said she also had a similar experience recently so it was very disappointing.
was there tonight (15/4/2022) portions were huge which was very nice, it was quite good food. However, my group was sitting next to the entrance to the kitchen and in the 25 minutes we were there, we saw 5 different mice in the hallway by the bathrooms, they are clearly living or at least hiding in the boxes lining the walls across from the bathrooms.I get some kitchen have mice but they should be dealing with the mouse issue and not serving food until it’s dealt with, it really made me question the quality of the food i was eating regardless of how good it tasted, i myself am a chef and i would have never opened my restaurant for service had i known i had a mice infestation.Fix the mouse problem please

Had lunch today and the waitress was rude. Food was good but customer service was the worst… still gave tips to kitchen staff.Hey again! (After seeing your reply..)It looks like you didn’t understand what I was saying. Normally I don’t take time to write negative reviews but this time I had to do that. I visited your place with a colleague and i recommended your restaurant to her because I like the good. My colleague was really surprised with the service. The waitress didn’t greet us, she even didn’t say Hello. We were asking a few questions, but she just ignored us or it looked like she ignored us. She didn’t even ask for a vaccine card. We showed it to her after we asked her if we need to show it to her and she didn’t say anything to that, she just brought the phone to scan that. I wanted to get a receipt after we paid, but she just disappeared after we paid. To be able to order, I had to walk to the front to let her know that we are ready to order. There were some others things that I didn’t mention here. And I’m not going to email you, I think this review is enough.As I mentioned the food is good, but you need to train your staff better, not only servers but also please check how to reply to your customers reviews too as it’s also upsetting. Hehe
We ordered the sweet and spicy chicken, and the chicken bulgogi they were both delicious. I really appreciate the convience of having a buzzer there to call someone when you're ready to order. And the staff is friendly and exceptional!
