This place is so awesome! More people need to know about it. It has easily become a place we go to all the time! The food is so delicious - the vegan nuggets are TO DIE FOR. The veggie burger is also so so good. A must try if you are new to Victoria or need more places to go! The staff is also always so friendly and nice.

Really really expensive burgers and fries that taste mediocre at best. There is no reason to charge the insane prices they do, especially for the simply "okay" quality. Burgers taste the same as burgers you can get pretty much anywhere else here but for a fraction of the price. Fries ended up also just tasting "okay" and the milkshakes were pretty bad. Me and a friend dined in at the small patio outside because we wanted to try something new but it was definitely not worth it. We also both ended up paying almost $40 each for just a burger, fries and a milkshake. At that point just go to a restaurant with high quality food at a fraction of the price.

I wish there were more places that catered to both vegans and non-vegans. If you are looking for a delicious, full works burger this is the place! Fries are also spot on, know they are fried in peanut oil if you have an allergy. Shake was also delicious! We had the strawberry but the orange flavour also sounds amazing.

First time visitFresh quality ingredients, quick and friendly serviceHad a cheese burger and the crush fries. Great flavor on both. If you are looking for something quick with great flavor give this place a try

The staff was exceptionally nice and the vegan cheeseburger was delicious. The vegan milkshake was also scrumptious!

Very limited menu - two items: cheeseburger or vegan cheeseburger. The burger is good but you cannot taste it through the extreme amount of sauce and lettuce. Asking for light sauce and lettuce might help alleviate this. They also do not toast their buns, so the bun becomes extremely wet and soggy from the huge amount of sauce and the moisture from the pickles. The fries are of acceptable quality, but an extremely conservative amount given the very high price ($20 for a cheeseburger meal). Burger King is just down the road, half the price, and much higher quality.

Overall it was an ok cheese burger, but to me the quality did not reflect the price. The fries were basic, tasty and crispy. The vanilla milkshake tasted a bit chemically, definitely wasn’t real ice cream. Burger paddy was quite nice. Though everything else seemed to over power it’s flavour. The bun was soggy flattened and with a charred flavour. Packaging was very cute though 10/10. Overall, its a cool concept, but overpriced for the quality they’re serving. Seems like a great place for a basic burger and fries, but with all the other amazing burger places in town I don’t think I’ll be back again.

Good burger with healthy toppings, fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Fast service and you have a scrumptious burger in a few minutes. A bit of a small location and finding parking is brutal. I thought the burger patty, which was delicious, was on the small side, considering I was paying $20 for the cheese burger, with extra mushrooms ( tiny serving ) and a poor selection of drinks, otherwise all good!

The staff at this place are awesome. First, the order we placed was for five people, and the young lady at the counter took the order from each of us and got the whole order correct on the first time. She took the time to read it all back to us and she hadn't missed anything. It was a big order. Also, when the order came out, it was again, ALL correct. I was totally impressed, as this seems virtually unheard of these days. We sat outside and two other staff were so kind to bring the order out to us. Oh yeah, also the food was delicious, burgers, fries and shakes (we tried both regular and vegan) and everything was so good. I really wanted to say tho that the customer service experience that we had was TOP notch! Thank you Burger Crush staff - I hope you get paid what you are worth!!!

Good burger, but they are asking for vaccine passports, even though they don't need to.I will support somewhere else from now on.****Edit in response to the owner****You didn't NEED to implement the passports. My gf and I supported you all through this pandemic when you were doing only take out. You basically sold out just so you could add seating for 5-10 people.Or you could have built the seats, but done what Corduroy restaurant in Vancouver is doing. Pull your liquor license and just offer counter service. You could have avoided vaccine passports, but you didnt.Best of luck with your business. We will miss your burgers. They are the best in the city.
