I've never had a problem with this place. Foods great. Service is great. It's always packed because they're awesome. My rating is based on not just one visit but dozens of visits from the past. They know how to work as a team and the standard of customer care is always held high.
Very good food and atmosphere
Wonderful experience for a late evening dinner last night. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and butter chicken curry. Both were delicious! The chicken was super crispy and flavourful, served with a spicy jalapeño ranch sauce. The butter chicken came with a fantastic cilantro chutney that was out of this world. The butter chicken was the best we’ve eaten in a pub. Our server was friendly, prompt and attentive as well. Will most definitely come back.
Foods look good, and the taste was okay. Doesn't have a signature taste which could make me wanna go back.
Sonia/Sonya (sorry I don't know how to spell it) was absolutely amazing! My best friend, dad and I were visiting Victoria for a day trip from Vancouver/Toronto and she really made the dining portion of our Victoria trip so wonderful. The food was also amazing but her service and small talk is what made it even better. Thanks for a great visit!
The customer service in the restaurant was good, our servers were friendly and welcoming. All of the items we ordered were delicious. I was a little busy inside the restaurant, but a majority of the restaurants around this area are and it was definitely worth the wait. Would definitely come again!
I recently went to Browns with friends because it was noted on the website that there were gluten-free options available. I’m thrilled to say that not only were there many options for me to eat, our server Elysia took such care to make sure that my choices were going to work. She double checked everything with the kitchen staff and would come back to give me answers to my many questions. The food was delicious, the service impeccable and the friendliest staff! Ohhh, this restaurant was amazing. I would love to go there again, but we don't live in Victoria. I can't wait until we get to drive there again. The waiter we had was soo amazing, friendly and understanding. The food was amazing, too. I went with my family before the Imagine Dragons concert started. I would recommend this place
