Sat down for some drinks and dinner. The food arrived on plates that were so banged up they would be replaced even at a greasy spoon breakfast joint. The manager was 100% unapologetic and thought it was fine. Absolutely horrified with the experience we had and certainly won’t be back. If there was an option for zero stars I’d pick that ?
One of favourite Resto-bars in Victoria. They have parking and wheelchair access. They have drinks and best menu. I like to visit late evenings and for late dinner. This place is open until midnight which makes it more accessible for night owls like me.My favourite is their menu is garlic Parmesan fries , chicken wings for starters.For cocktails one must go with Bellini with two ounce of Rum and Lemon mojitos.They have alcohol too !!For main course - Dragon rolls , spicy tuna rolls , spicy fried chicken bowl are most delicious.Their deserts are awesome too!!I would definitely recommend Browns and one experience this place.
We order from Brown’s often. Love the Alaska highway gravy! Wish they sold that by the gallon! We’ve never had a bad meal or bad service. Love everything on the menu that we’ve tried. Today I got the cowboy salad to go with my smokehouse burger. It was sooo good! Definitely getting that again as a meal! Also the free cookies and cream jar was a big hit. Will continue to be happy customers!
It is never disappointing coming here. The food is always on point very delicious and service it's always excellent. The only thing I did not like was that the pico de gallo was sweet so sugar is definitely not something I would put on a fresh salad.How far from that everything was great and of course the coffee is always delicious. We will be back.
Excellent Hollywood burger,Great Ceasar, however a straw or stir would be nice to mix the spices. The side gravy was horrible and bland. Fries were delicious.Service was mediocre at best.
As always, exceptional management and customer service skills. In house service just as impressive, but the way Brown's Langford handles with the mess of Skip with tact, grace, and humour never ceases to amaze me. Thank you all for being a lovely staple in this community! Your hard work, lovely personalities, flexibility, and dedication is truly awesome and very much appreciated!
Lots of great Covid protocols in place. Was able to sit in the corner with plexiglass on either side and feel a little more protected while eating. Food was delicious and prompt. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating to my dietary requirements.
It was a snowy day and I and my companions stayed a very long time, not in a hurry to go back out and face the cold. The staff didn't complain at all, just brought us refills of coffee. They were delightful. The food was good also. The brunch was really good, and I saw some pretty good looking lunch items go by as well.
Lovely staff, wonderful service. I would recommend this place for sure. We had all our drinks on time and our meal was hot when it came to the table. I haven't had quesadilla in a long time and it was perfection.
First time I went I ordered food for pick up, when I got there they had given my food to a skip driver and I had to wait for them to remake everything as I had already paid online for the food.. they had gave me a credit to go back so I figure why not and go sit inside this time... bad mistake on my behalf again, I ordered two coffees and a water for my daughter, the coffee was warm and there was something floating in my daughters water, I waiting around for 5 minutes until someone came over I brought this to her attention then she left to go find my server which by that time was another 5 minutes at that point I had just had enough and another horrible experience with them and just left.
