Walked in one employee sitting on the stools talking on their phone. Two other employees talking to each other at the end of the counter. Not a single person greeted me or acknowledged me I the store. The two employees talking to each other finished their conversation and then one left. It was at that point I was finally greeted. I placed my order and then the employeesitting on the stools got up to help make my order. This was unprofessional and made my first visit to this store a bad one.
Love the staff here! So on it, always keeping things tidy and always remembering our order it's so sweet, they deserve raises!!!
I’ve been to this location a few times now and the store consistently smells of garbage mixed with B.O. The smoothies haven’t been terrible, besides being overly sweetened. My most recent visit was a u-turn out of the store when faced with the smell…wouldn’t recommend this location.
Yummy shakes and juices, My son loved their smoothie. Good place to take your kids for smoothies, shakes or juices.
The girls are friendly and helpful. The smoothies are delicious as always.
Booster juice itself is good however even after letting the employee know about an allergy, the cross contamination caused a reaction for my 7 year old. If there is a severe allergy to a product in the facility, I'd recommend avoiding booster juice.
My fav BJ cause the staff are always willing to chat about what kind of smoothie I might want, and they definitely don't have to do that but they're always nice about it!
More concerned with online orders than people at their storefront. Poor customer service. Was waiting for over 15 minutes in store for my order with only 1 other customer waiting.
This store smells so horrible ? It smells like rotting fruit and dirty garbage and has smelled this way each time I've come in within the last 8 months. The smoothies are always good but the service is very poor. The workers have never greated or thanked me and the girls there make me feel very unwelcome and put off the vibe that me ordering a smoothie ruins their night. The girl working today hardly said a word to me and practically shoved the smoothies my way, barking "here." I said "thank you, have a great day!" with no response from her or her coworker. Perhaps it's time to take my business elsewhere. I hope management reads this and looks into training their employees to be friendlier!
Always a great experience at this booster juice. The regular morning worker who is usually here by herself does a really outstanding job despite how busy it always is. Goes above and beyond to ensure we all get the correct smoothies with good customer service and remaking them if necessary. Definitely deserves a raise!
