Burgers were excellent, fries were excellent, great service.

Was in Victoria on vacation with family of four. First time trying out restaurant based on others reviews that it was food allergy friendly. The food was delicious and safe for peanut and dairy allergies.
Life changing. The second I got that first taste of bin 4 on my tongue, my perspective on life morphed. The bun showed me I can love again. The tomato salivated a taste bud I didn’t know I had. The burger, oh the burger. The meat and me became one, it made me a better talker, athlete, and most importantly a better man. All of the staff were angels. 10/10 would bin 4 again.
All meals were very good. Iâm used to a moist burger, but mine was over cooked and dry. Noise level was way to loud (music) making conversation very difficult, turn down the volume.
We got there on a hot day, 30C weather, happy hour and we were excited to try the burgers. We got sat down, and we waited. And waited. About 10 minutes went by, a lady came by gallantly and said “someone will be with you shortly”. We noticed another couple walked in after us, and they had a server taking their order and no one had even brought us waters. We waited another couple minutes and left. We were there for +10 minutes, no waters, on a hot 30C weather was the worst let down. The food options looked good and we were excited.On the way out, the manager looked at us and said “thanks guys”.Terrible service, low personality from the staff, anyone could’ve brought waters. We will try the Vancouver locations.

As a working cook, I can fully appreciate everything that goes into these burgers. I'm in Vancouver often, so I order from the South Granville location. Never been disappointed. I've tried a lot of burgers in Vancouver but I keep coming back to Bin 4. The monthly features are always stellar. My favorite has to be The Big Dipper with 1/2 fries and 1/2 Red Onion rings and a side of Truffle aioli. Keep up the fantastic work. I'll be back.
Great burgers and brews!We stopped in for supper on a Thusday evening while on vacation in Victoria. For an appetizer we had bruschetta with goat cheese which was very tasty! They also gave us a small sampler of delicious homemade chips!I had the Big Senny with a salad while the others had vhicken selections. We allraved about the quality of the food and our excellent service and we highly recommend this location!
