OMG! The best burgers ever!. We'll, best veggie burgers anyway. They have 2 options. We ordered both and raved about them. Someone also ordered the chicken burger. Also excellent. Staff is friendly. We will definitely be back!
Quality free range burger. 2 choices of veg burger. I thought the daily "special" would come with fries. It didn't. Real Curd Poutine was great but I could use more volume of delicious alt gravy. A tad expensive but the quality is there. Tater tots were fun but kinda middle of the road. Great dipping sauce. Lovely staff. I hope this local gem continues expanding.
Will never come here again.. just a horrible experience.. go to one of the many great burger places that aren't named big wheel. You'll be happy you did. (Edit) to the owner's response about my lack of reviews. That is nothing to do with the poor quality of service and food that you offer clearly you care more about trying to diminish what people say about your product instead of trying to make it better. But I wouldn't expect much more from the person who owns this business, shame on you
Usually always a good experience here, unfortunately it seems we ordered at a busy time. Waited 40 minutes for a burger and fries which could be overlooked as it was busy but upon eating my burger found a hair cooked into the patty. A full refund was issued which was appreciated but sanitary food and food practices shouldn’t be sacrificed under any circumstance.
First time here. The staff were fantastic. Both the chicken ans beef burgers were very good. The buns were so soft. The frie portions were huge. Their efforts towards environmental impact were noted, Big Wheel is going above an beyond.
What a rude staff.. And really the food is sub-par. I feel like the owner has paid the people on here to give it good reviews
Today was my first visit and it was the best burger I've ever had. Fresh and delicious, sustainable food and locally sourced, couldn't ask for more! I'll definitely be back! I found my burger place :)
A nice place to enjoy a quick snack. We had chickpea and chicken burger. The burgers were good, but nothing extraordinary as I had read in other reviews. The place is clean and has good vibe.
