Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes there was 2 people in front of me. when I got to the ordering window no one was there to take my order, when the lady finally did answer she said she had to go outside?? I would have turned around and left like the people at the back of the line but I was trapped. Also the lady at the cashier window had a terrible attitude. In the end got a burger that tasted like it was left over from yesterday, tough dried out burger patties. Terrible place, not sure if the employees suck at their jobs on purpose or if they just don't care, either way its managements fault too. Not the first time I have left this a&w disappointed. My advice go anywhere else.

Gave me free oarnge juice and gave me free water when oarnge julius didnt.
Food was hot and good. Staff is good and friendly.
I am dissapointed with this location. I work at the mall and it would be great to be able to frequent this restaurant and support local. However, there has only been once out of at least 10 times I have gone where it has not taken me 5 to 15 mins to get a tea. This is with only myself and maybe one other person in line. I worked for A&W for 4 years. The management I worked under would never have allowed these wait times. I went today and was extremely frustrated as I wanted to also have an apple pie/turnover along with my tea. There were no pies already holding in the pass thru which would mean another 6mins wait. When I have 15mins for break and it includes getting to restaurant and back, I do not have time to wait. This is supposed to be fast food. Very dissapointed.
Edit: I appreciate the owners prompt response below and changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. Itll be 5 stars if I go back and all is well again.Came here in order to breakfast sandwich. I asked instead of the egg being over easy that they could scramble it. Was told by the cashier that they are not allowed to scramble eggs at this location. Weirdest thing I've ever heard because I get this order a few times a week at every other A&W across island and mainland. They say they cook everything from scratch. So I don't understand why you can't crack the yolk while you're cooking it is the only difference. Horrible customer service and laziness
we just ate fries and chicken burger everything was ice cold and looked old like it was sitting there for a while.
Carmi does an exceptional job keeping her store clean. I used to work here and know that she has the best intentions for her store. Food is superb, good job guys!
30 MINUTE WAIT FRIDAY SUPPER!!!Terrible wait at 5:50 pm Friday January 24. Wrote this waiting in line. The guy behind me left because it was taking so long. Have more staff on a Friday night???
Ordered two burgers, fries and two medium drinks. $25 for order. Priced is too much for what you get along with the food was cold, fries were limp. Expected more but will not go there again. At least the guy at the drive thru was nice or else it would only be one star.
