The company should be embarrassed the food is garbage service was a joke they would rather have a 20 min conversation then attend to customers

If I could give a negative score I would waited 40 minutes to be treated rudely not even get our food and have the eating area closed due to being understaffed and incompetent. I don't do reviews but seriously this experience was the worst ever for me and my family! Never returning

Been several times now out of necessity. This particular location is maybe the worst fast food on Vancouver island. Service takes literal years, sometimes you'll stand waiting 20 minutes for a single burger when there's no line, she lady who bags the food just takes their time and ignores customers. My most recent order was the vegetarian burger which they promptly put bacon on for some reason even though it's not even a part of the burger I ordered, let alone meat on my vegetarian burger.
