I went to A&W In Langford today… They talked me into getting the Best Ever Burger their newest burger on the menu it sounded delicious… The staff was very nice… The burger came, it only had one deep fried pickle on it and the whole burger was very thin like a baby burger and I couldn’t taste the garlic aïoli I don’t know if even put it on around there was one square inch of cheese because the rest melted off because the burger due to an overcooked I suspect… I ended up opening it up and complaining that I only got one deep fried pickle so they gave me two more and then I put salt all over it and I tolerated it I will never ever have the worst ever burger from A&W again and it was very expensive!
Waited 30 minutes to get a sausage and egger and an apple turnover. Took 10 mins just to come up to the counter to help me. Multiple staff walked past me. They seamed more interested in getting drive thru orders out. Not impressed also staff was quite roude when i told them i wasnt being helped
A&W staff here seem perpetually confused about whether a Beyond Teen burger ought to include bacon. IT ABSOLUTELY SHOULD, unless otherwise specified.Edit: this was originally a 2-star review, but I was subsequently contacted by staff who promised to improve this situation. Increasing the stars because the burgers are REALLY yummy (especially with bacon, though) and due to the prompt and friendly follow-up. :)

Was there yesterday around dinner time in the drive-thru and the gentleman that served us was very fast and friendly, despite the fact that his colleague called in sick and he was running from the drive-thru till taking orders etc. and he was serving the indoor customers as well. Thank you. Wished I had asked for your name! I hope that you will be getting more than the advertised $17.50 on your outside sign. :)
This a&w is in the same location as the old one from back in the day one of the first fast food places on the strip had a teen burger and it was fabulous.
A & W has always been our choice for fast food. Got our burgers and fries like usual and the fries were ice cold and the burger was ok till later that night I had an upset stomach from the food. Who knows how long they leave the food precooked sitting around. Every A & W we go to is the same disgusting cold food.
I have always loved A&W !! It is one of my FAVORITE places to eat!!
