Very confused staff about 6 were working at that hour but it was a weird vibe. Like nobody knew what there job was. Only one working was the girl doing fies . Gong show won't be back
They were really slow and it took awhile to get my order. I was asked to wait in line after I had made a mobile order and the line didn't move for 5 mins. They just seemed like they were confused.
Make a mobile order and it wasn't even started by the time I got to the restaurant when I had ordered it for 12:20 watched what I ordered go out to others well I had to wait they messed up order called head office as for refund they say they will give it to me but never received it and now waiting on hold 3 days later for over 10 minutes to talk to someone what a joke wendys in Vernon is don't go there they don't care about customer service
Only 1 Wendy's in town and it is very slow. It looks like there are only teenagers working there which is great for them but they spend a lot of time talking and fooling around instead of helping customers. It takes approximately 30 mins in the drive thru and 20-40 mins if you go inside depending on if they keep giving your orders to the drive thru. I asked for my food to go and it was put on a tray and rather than letting me put my food in the bag the employee insisted, dumping out half my fries on the tray and giving me my food. It's just not good overall to be quite honest
Happy to see Wendy's is open! another spot to go with a person wants a change! abit of a wait, expected only one employee on shift. ? loved my breakfast this morning, I wish I could get home faster than traffic, food tends to get cold fast, I warmered it at home, a med coffee with sugar on the side & a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit - every item on point
Lobby not open until 10 am...breakfast served until 10am drive thru only. Doesn't help when you have a vehicle too large...
My son and I have been long term customers 20ish years. Last night we decided to check out the dining room after renos. I recently had heart issues and ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps as that used to be my favorite there. Boy what a disappointment!! The wrap was all dried out around the edges, the chicken breast was cold and there was only a sprinkle of cheese/sauce with a big lettuce leaf. Wasn't even wrapped properly! The taste was off too. I felt ill after leaving there. Never seen such a spindly wrap!! Son's burger combo cold. Guess they spent too much for their bad reno (not as warm and homey as before!) instead of training staff to make the food properly. Our order took along time to get to us.
my friend matthew had an extraordinarily bad experience at the local wendys. i am writing on behalf of him. if i could give zero stars, i would. he told me he got a “Dave’s Double” and it was very gross, he said it didn’t taste right, there was too much sauce on it, and he could not even finish it. next i’m gonna talk about the fries, about 99% of them were cold and soggy. now ik you’re probably wondering about the other 1% and what it may be? well he told me he had ONE fry that was “long, skinny, and crispy” it did not make his experience much better however it did help some. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT GROSS FOOD
They got my meal completely wrong and wouldn’t even compensate for it. I used to like wendys because of the customer service but after that I definitely won’t be going back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
It's a Wendy's. The food is decent and well-priced for a fast-food chain. This one in particular is nearly constantly busy, especially the drive-through, and because of this, there can be a bit of a wait time. They seem to heavily prioritize the drive-through, too. I've gone in to pick up my order on 2 occasions, and despite there being few to no in-restaurant orders ahead of me, I had a lengthy wait. Other than the wait, though, I don't have any complaints.
