The coffee wasn’t that good tasting (I usually don’t drink Tim hortons coffee but when I do it’s better than this) the food was also not to good with it being cold and the meat on it tasting stale
Could hear someone in the drive thru speaker but no one would answer and the lights were on and they're listed as open online
Searched for a Tim's found out it was Tim's coffee at a gas station so lame
Really bad customer service. They totally screwed up our order and they didn’t appologize at all. They even were rude to us.

Worst customer experience with Tim Hortons Esso . very unfiendly service by Heather. Try to rip you and if you want empty extra cup she will charge you for coffee as well.
