Stopped by this location at 9:45 pm. Lights were on, sign boards on, drive thrus not blocked, and no one was there. I understand staffing shortages, but if you're closed, look closed. Shut down the drive thru.
Very disappointed in this Tim Hortons. They have basically kept their lobby closed since Christmas. They are not overly busy 90% of the time. I find it very lazy on their behalf. What is the point y of having a store there if they refuse to serve customers that aren't driving.
Got myself a large black coffee, 10 timbits and a muffin for the wife that was flying in from Vancouver.....the coffee was actually pretty good tasted fresh and hot, the timbits were also fresh and not dried out. And on a mega plus note the wife loved the muffin when she got into the car, the take out staff was friendly and give me a good laugh even though they were super busy they didnt seem stressed which made me feel good as well.....go timmies go
My husband ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches, 4 hashbrowns and a drink this morning. When he got home he realized he was only given 3 sandwiches, and no hashbrowns. Was charged for everything but not given it.
Had great coffee and sandwich. They have so much to choose from kinda makes for a fun time trying all the different coffees and teas, they also have lots of delicious foods and deserts. I like the bacon and egg on a muffin.They have a large selection of doughnuts and croissants. I like the Boston creme and cheese croissants. Love going for a special treat.
Love this Tim’s, go there all the time using the drive thru. Today we decided to go inside as the drive thru was beyond busy. Very rude individual working the front counter. I think she should retire or find a job not dealing directly with public. There’s absolutely no need to be this way. Thanks to all the amazing and friendly workers I get in the drive thru though!
Perfect if you don't mind waiting a few minutes just to be told what they will give you, but have nothing you actually want currently available.Get there just before the lunch rush and there's no chicken. Get there any time after 6 and no food altogether except for the items nobody wanted.Every time I go it seems I'm waiting 5-10 minutes, walking out empty handed or if I'm hungry enough, with something I didn't even want.Not to mention when they don't mention they don't have something they just assume it's okay to substitute.
Lots of goodies here, all kinds of coffees and teas, my favorite is vanilla mocha, and cheese croissant with a Boston creme doughnut. You can get many different sandwiches with many different kinds of fillings on a croissant or English muffin and more, gotta love a Timmies stop
Since Aug 2017 we frequent a Tim's outlet every other day. Service, selection, and cleanliness of outlets have significantly declined since 2016 or 2017 and continue to worsen. Despite the fact product prices have increased substantially the last few years, It appears Tim Hortons staff has reduced significantly. As a result my personal rating has dropped from Excellent to Poor.
Long waits, slow service. These guys need to figure out a better system for drive-thru! One order at a time and asking cars to wait at the order screen until all other cars are gone is just silly and creates massive line ups in the parking lot!!
