I just left your location and after trying to round up my bill to donate to the camp fund Sam at the window decided to argue with me about the ability to round up and have the proceeds go to the camp fund; like I do daily!It’s disappointing that 1. Your staff during training isn’t taught that the round up is done all year round; and2. that you don’t not have signage, like McDonalds, to indicate that you do the round up option all year around.Hopefully your future training manuals and signage will reflect this option.

Slow service due to inexperienced staff without backup and only one person on the kitchen line at noon. Cold brew was good and the order was accurate.

Most annoying drive through EVER!! 653 questions to order a coffee!!! Would you like a shot of espresso? Do you have a rewards card? Is that a medium coffee...?Also they rush food prep, giant glob of cream cheese not spread out at all on my bagel! It's pretty simple not need to upsale my coffee and take your time on the prep of items stop wasting my time with all the questions
We like the location for anytime we're at the Marshall Field dog park or just walking local trails to the beach at Okanagan Lake.
