Visited there Aug 10 2022, the bench seats are worn out and held together with tape, not the most comfortable while wearing shorts. The service was good, the hostess was so bubbly. I had coffee and when I reached the bottom of the cup I got a mouth full of something slimy and spit it back into the cup. I managed to get some out with a spoon, looked like dirty old lettuce, I very politely told the server and showed her and asked for a fresh cup. She apologized and brought fresh coffee, not that I expected a free lunch but I was a little surprised that I was charged for the coffee...
Sunday is always problematic when trying to find an independent restaurant as most are closed. As a result, Sunday is our try a chain restaurant day, and in this instance we were out of town and tried the Vernon Red Robin. Quick service as I was greeted, seated, and order taken in 3 minutes, and ticket time for my burger and fries was only 6 minutes….so pretty fast. Had the Southern Charm burger with fries and side of chipotle Aioli, and all of it was very hot and prepared well. Maybe ten percent of items made in house, otherwise all from a package, but it was decent. Friendly and attentive staff would round this chain up to a 3.5 for this location.
I will never patronize this establishment again. We were treated very poorly. We waited for almost an hour to get food.The waitress told us that the kitchen was short staffed, so we accepted our fate. One person in our party was smart and asked for his fries to be delivered as soon as possible. They were actually pretty quick with those. When he asked for the dipping sauce that came with it, he was told that it would be extra. $1.59 for a small amount of mayo seemed rich.The waitress did not clear our table of the empty glasses of water that we were consuming while awaiting our food, so we moved them to an adjacent table. When she recognized what we had done, she scolded us for it. She seemed to go out of her way to avoid us after that.When it came time to pay, I did not offer her a tip. She asked why I did not tip her (she seemed so entitled to the $20 that I would have tipped her if she could just do her job). When I told her my reasoning, she got very upset and stormed off instead of apologizing or trying to learn from it or asking her manager to see what they could do to cleanse our bitter experience. She took it personally and basically told us to never come back by her actions.My staff (5 of us) and I will never put money into this Red Robin again.
The service was kinda slow, it seemed like they gave our waitress too many tables. Instead of offering we had to ask for Soda and side refills. Also for a family friendly restaurant they did not have crayons or pictures for kids to colour on. Also the bathrooms were kinda dirty.

This was our first visit to the Vernon location.It was busy, being Saturday evening.Our burgers were very good. Hot and well made.Overall the food was great.We had an excellent server named Brendan.Even though he had a lot of customers to serve, he made our visit very enjoyable.We would return to this location for sure.

The food was great, service was adequate. But the bathroom stinks like an outhouse. I hope the kitchen isn't as dirty / and fowl smelling as the washroom was. This has really turned me off from going there again. We came there for my husband's birthday. So yes it was supposed to be a bit more special. I'm very disappointed in the lack of hygiene in this establishment. The carpet is black from never being cleaned, the tables were sticky. Surprisingly the burgers were good, as the last time I was there they tried serving me a raw burger. This place needs to step it up and hire a plumber and a cleaning team to get this place up to par again. Thank you
Went for dinner here with our 18 month old daughter. The staff were really friendly and fun! They did not mind being oggled through the glass by my little one. Food was delicious. Good kids meal. A bit pricey, but still manageable
Haven't been to a Red Robin for years and the food is still amazing. The California Chicken Burger was awesome! My partner said his beef burger was great too. Very fresh and hot but the vanilla shake was thick and cold. We were impressed!!
