5* always good customer service. One of the only good places in the food court.

The service was awful, rude and unhappy to be there. Then the food was awful. I ordered the chicken souvlaki with Cesar salad. The chicken was dry and bland. The pita bread that came with it was covered in parmesan and was flaky. The tzatiki tasted like ranch dressing. The Cesar salad was nothing better just bland with low quality lettuce. It was the worst meal I bought in my life and it cost $15 would have been better to go to McDonalds.

Ever since new management took over, they cheap you on portions. Today I got the tiniest amount of calamari ever, and when called them out. They actually said "I don't know" after asking them "why you got less then last time?"
Not bad at all. Friendly service good food. Sometimes hard to hear over the din of noise from the mall.
I just dined in 10 minutes ago here within the mall at Opa. If you're craving Greek style Fries with Tzatziki dip, this will be your jam.I have eaten their falafel pitas and a salad in the past. You'll be pleased with the pita. The salad I recall being very sub-par over a month ago.It's a good Western deviation from A&W and Subway within the food court.
