The previous night I walked up through the drive thru not a problem but the next day they wouldn't let me order anything I was so hungry they said they simply won't do it cuz the manger just needed to authorize. They were really rude about it too. So I ordered a cab went through the drive through there attitude changed so fast into a fake politeness. When I paid with my card he didn't he let me finish grabbing my card and knocked the thing out of my hand I had to get out of the cab to grab it. Then i ordered two large smoothie paid for it but they only gave me one I didn't realize till I was too far away. Worst place
Decent food as can be expected at McDonald's, drive thru times are usually pretty quick. App is easy to use
One of the worse McDonald's I've ever been to ! The staff of young boys were not polite or courteous at all , the quarter pounder smelled like sewer gas , the fries were cold and mushy and only half full . When I got my order , the boy held the bag and said nothing until I finally took it to see if he would actually speak , but nope , not a word . McDonald's, you should fire this entire shift . Never again!
Typically steer clear of fast food reviews, however our experience with this location has continually exceeded any expectations. Todays mention is actually Chris, or Christopher the older gentleman at front counter.What ever you did to hire him, you need to keep on doing and he is worth his weight in gold. If Chris reads this, thank you for being an absolute gem!
It's like most McDonald's I've been to. If you're going through the drive through and your order is more than 2 or 3 things you HAVE TO check the bag before u drive away because you're almost guaranteed to have something wrong. Also if you have a fountain drink, have a drink and make sure its not straight water. Ive got home home on many occassions and had to throw out my drink because they dont keep up with the changing of the syrup canister things. I sat in to eat one time and overheard 2 staff members (teenagers of course) discussing the cleaning of the playplace. One of them was new and the other had been there a while. The one that had been there a while was laughing and telling the new kid they just use the floor mop for the whole thing. As in all the areas the kids play and crawl and lay and roll and slide. That's disgusting.
Terrible. NEVER has most of what is on the menu. Then when you ask questions you get a snotty answer from some kid who just doesn’t care at all. This ALWAYS happens at this location. 3 times in the last week and a half I’ve tryd to order a menu item, and every time I get we don’t have any. Worst place I’ve ever been too.
Went through the drive thru, and did the 2 can dine deal, one reg and one spicy mcchicken burgers, and they gave us 2 spicy. Had to go inside and get a new burger. Manager was nice and put 2 apple pies into my bag as a sorry, which was a nice surprise.
So my husband and I stopped on our way home to get a quick bite. I don't each much at McDonalds but like their Poutine. So walked up to the counter ( to was obviously the Manager cause he was in a Blue shirt) and ordered Poutine and Big Mac and Fries. He just looks at me and says no Poutine right now! I said excuse me?? He said "No Gravy". I'm like a you kidding me! He's like no! What do you want! So I ordered my Husbands Big Mac and Fries and ordered a cheeseburger. So 3 seconds later our order was up and totally cold and disgusting. I went looking for napkins to spit out my one bit of cheeseburger but oh there wasn't any!! The manager then literally threw 4 napkins at me!!!The fries had obviously been sitting there for hours as they were cold and mushy!! I don't expect high standards from McDonalds but at least I expect to be able to eat it!!! What a waste of 12.00!!! Shame!!!
The gentleman that served at the counter. Oh if only you could colone him! Super delight and most certainly an asset to Vernon's branches. He was knowledgeable of the food the establishment an protocols. Even the chain in Kelowna. I sure WISH I could work with him and his extrodinary personality. Vernon village Green area has a hidden gem for sure!
