It's McDonald's. This one in particular is usually alright, though I have had items missing from my order on 2 occasions. The drive through is usually pretty quick, though it is not in the best location as it's right between the entrance to a larger parking lot and a major road. Overall a decent place Maccers location.
By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in Canada. And I have traveled the whole Country. Rude staff, no leadership. Always mess up on food. Management that clearly doesn't care. They're lucky theyre McDonald's or it would probably hurt their bottom line. Whoever owns this store should be ashamed at the service and food coming out of this locations.
They got my order right. I didn't have to wait in special order parking for egg mcmuffins! It was a good day at McDonald's
Ok except my burger was not hot even though asked for unsalted and fresh made only.nope came from stack in warming tray
Relatively quick and the food isn’t that bad. Highly recommend to order you food fresh to avoid poisoning.
Horrible service, I walked out. I took my little cousin in to get nuggets. She wanted a six piece and all I could see was the happy meal on the screen. I went up to the counter and I asked if I could order there because I couldn’t find the six piece McNuggets. The girl just stared at me so rude and did not say a word. She just gave me dirty looks. I repeated myself thinking she didn’t hear me and she just stared at me like I was mentally ill or some thing. Living room I tried to third time and I asked her if she could take my order at the counter? With a bad attitude she said what do you want? I told her she was rude and walked out. I went to the other McDonald’s in Vernon and the service was wonderful.The young girl at the counter was so lovely. You could learn a lot from the other restaurant.
Not very helpful thru the drive thru often mixing up my order I ordered pancakes with sausage..add egg. Asked for scrambled egg they say they don't have them...only round eggs...what kind of egg do they have on a Mcgriddle? Coffee 2 cream no sugar hash brown and got pancake sausage no egg no hash brown and a coffee dbl dbl....
The last 4 Skip orders were wrong, when we called them we were informed they could not help and to just ask Skip for a refund.
Update: it's been a year since my last review.Tried again tonight going through the drive thru. They missed several things from the order. I really give up on this location. The kids working there are too busy chatting and screwing around to be bothered to do their jobs. Group of them standing around talking while one person was at the window working. Tried to call and the phone rings endlessly with no answer. We will go somewhere else from now on.Ordered from here on skip the dishes. 2 times in as many weeks they completely messed my order. In fact gave me a completely different order each time. Going through the drive thru was no different, wrong order again. They need to get their act together in there.
Standard McDonald's. Close to schools so be aware that it is busy at lunch and around 2:30-3 as well.
