My family went there tonight for my grad dinner and we had the best server ever and he was so sweet and checked in to make sure everything was good. Just a 10 out of 10 great guy. Thank you so much Ivan for making a night an even greater one.
Boston Pizza has a reputation of being one of the most overpriced restaurants in town. Getting a meal and leaving without spending over 30 bucks is nearly impossible over the past 5 years.The good news is I found the perfect cheap alternative--a half portion of nachos which 2-3 people could easily share. The nachos taste really good. The cactus chips are also a great portion too to stay on budget.Comfortable seating, indoor and outdoor, lots of TV, and good music Playlist. We have come here a few times as a family.If you are buying pizza or other things off the menu, prepare to spend approximately 40 bucks or more per person after one beverage.The staff were really accommodating for our big group filled with older people and young kids!
We are a family of 6 that doesn't often have the luxury of dining out anymore with the high inflation rate these days. It was a big treat for us to dine out on this holiday Monday. We used to dine out regularly and don't recall service ever being this slow. However, we don't blame the overworked staff, but rather the POOR MANAGEMENT. Why would a big chain like Boston Pizza not have a clue that May long weekend might be a good time to have extra staff on??? We waited over an hour for our meals, which they mixed up more than once. The food was good when it finally arrived, and servers were pleasant as they could be under stressful circumstances. Perhaps the management could spend more time actually managing this business, rather than answering reviews online?!? In future we will treat ourselves to independent restaurants that staff accordingly.
The service here is so variable. You either get somebody who is great or somebody who just doesn't care at all. Since we only visit with our kids they always put us down by the bathrooms where it is the loudest and after consistently being held there for 90 minutes (or more!) each time we go for supper you leave miserable and with a headache.
The Team here always goes above and beyond for myself, our family and when we bring friends here. Service is number one, food is always excellent. Eat and drink here you will not be disappointed..

The food was ok, but it was the worst service we ever had. And it wasn't only our server, i was looking and all of them were the same. The family beside us left because the restaurant was almost empty and on 10 minutes nobody came to ask them what they wonder to drink. The service is so important.I would not be back.
This place is way to overpriced for that what you get there. The staff is rude and annoyed you have the feeling that you’re not welcomed at all. Never again!
I am SHOCKED that this restaurant has an average of 4/5 stars, as in my opinion the restaurant is MEDIOCRE at best.We called early in the day to make reservations for a large group. Despite receiving confirmation in advance, when we arrived, staff could not locate the reservation in their reservation book.I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs with Bolognese sauce. It was AWFUL. When the dish came out, the plate was full of cold spaghetti, oily tomato sauce, three meatballs partially burned with charcoal on them, and it came with an excessive amount of processed cheddar cheese.There was NO mention of cheddar cheese on the menu.I informed the server about this poor dish when asked how I liked it. The server herself agreed the dish did not look appetizing at all. She did offer to bring me a replacement serving of the same. The customer service was HORRENDOUS. I then kindly asked the server to take the dish away, paid the full price for it, and left vowing to never return to any Boston Pizza EVER!!!I hope this location considers my feedback and makes the necessary improvements, otherwise I am certain the this “casual dining restaurant” will not be around for much longer.
