I this location is amazing... As long as you aren’t dealing with Isabella. I now avoid this location if she is working but elsewhere in the food court. She is not friendly. She is rude. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. She was very short with a customer who had a to go order and asked for ketchup. She pointed at the despencer and indicated she could use that instead of giving her packets.Everyone else I have encountered is great but this girl is not.
I’m very pro A&W. Best quality fast food in my books. And this is my favourite location. It’s close to my work, I always get what I came for, and the staff are very kind and good looking.
I grab lunch from here often and the staff is great. The food is always ready for me to pick up when I get there, they're friendly, and the one time I had an issue it was a bug in the online system and the fix was painless. A&W is on the pricier side of fast food, but I know what I'm getting myself into, and those workers work hard. Props to all fast food workers.
