After the new management, this is the place to go. Mahrad and his team are one of the best hosts and best chefs in town hands down.Must try their koobideh and specialty olive. This is now my go to Persian restaurantWe have done takeout, delivery, and dine in and all are great.
It was good but not great. Food came out fast that ended up filling our small table and didn't have enough space for anything else! Maybe next time I will pre-book for a larger table to avoid this issue; nonetheless, their food tasted fine but a bit on the salty side.
Food quality, taste, and customer service was NOT good! Definitely not worth a dime! What shocked me was, the waitress charged us for a bag without asking us first, after we already paid and at the last moment realized we need a bag, so we asked her for a bag and offered to pay, she told us, she already charged us for a bag, because she figured we wouldn’t want to hold the container in our hand.. I just didn’t like that. I think that was not right, I can say it’s stealing. I mean what if we didn’t need the bag? She would have let us walk out the door while charging hung us behind the scene, without telling us or asking us first?There are many Iranian restaurants much much better in many ways than this place. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Place was clean but the quality was lower than what we expected. Not sure if it was to the staffing shortages post COVID. Hopefully they will improve and do better I future.
We order time to time from Zeitoon. Service is excellent and food is good but not as great as Caspian. If you want delivery, they offer it consistently even during the weekend as opposed to Caspian.
The salmon kebab was great and generous in portion. The wait staff kindly stored my bag safely and waited when I forgot to take it with me when I left. I only realised after reaching my service apartment.
the best kashk bademjan ever. i have tried several places, but this restaurant has the best food. highly recommended.
