Quick service and to be honest i really like the matcha pearl tea with strawberry pearl. Will go again
The Signature is creamy and sweet. I loved it ! I would suggest it but be aware that it is very rich, almost a dessert.

This was the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, only take out for now but that’s ok.
One of the first XFT in Vancouver (I remember when the line was super long pre-pandemic). Now it is actually accessible and you can just walk in and order. My wife and I were about to go see the Bourdain documentary next door at the Park Theatre and were 15 minutes early. This place made for a nice little drink just before. The grass jelly/pearl combination was tasty.
First time going to Xing Fu Tang in years and it didn’t dissapoint! They have two milk alternatives: buckwheat and vitasoy. We happened to try both! ?I got the herbal jelly and pearls with buckwheat milk! It tasted really good, the pearls were amazing - loved the brown sugar flavour and how chewy they were. The buckwheat milk balanced the sweetness and the jelly just added texture. I’ve never had this with real milk, but I couldn’t really taste the buckwheat or anything. Although I loved this drink, I think a larger side would be too much , there’s a lot happening in this drink. ?My friend got the vitasoy rose tea with pearls and she enjoyed it as well. Said it tasted really floral and couldn’t tell it was soy milk. Wasn’t too sweet either and once again, loved the pearls! ?Overall, the drinks here are good, pearls are a must-try! It’s also a good place for milk alternatives. I will say that it’s definitely more on the pricey side, so if you’re price conscious, maybe not the best go to place. Otherwise, definitely check this place out!
This place is awesome, tastes very fresh and customer service has been great. They make the bubbles (boba) in house, some of the best I have ever had.
I love bubble tea, but this one wasn't really my cup of tea. I came here yesterday, and decided to try something new. I ordered their brown sugar signature bubble tea. They use warm milk. The drink isn't warm it has ice. The pearls are sweet and has a nice texture, but the sweet taste of brown sugar was in it. I will not come back here. There are a lot of other bubble tea places in the neighborhood.
It was super sweet and you can’t choose the sugar level. Dare not to try one more time...
OMG! I have been here every day, twice a day, continuously for 1 month. And you know what happened? I gained 10 pounds in just 1 month haha!But that doesn't stop me from loving milk tea here
