I placed a larger take out order with the restaurant a few weeks in advance, and during that time I have to make a number of changes. The management staff were always willing and helpful about the changes. When we picked up the orders everything was individually bagged with each person's initials. Everyone's order was correct and everyone was happy with their order. I want to say thank you to the staff and management for the friendly, excellent service. We will order from this restaurant again.
Whitespot has really dropped off over the years. The quality of the food is quite terrible compared to previously. Bacon is overcooked, beef is overcooked, FRIES are overcooked. Does not taste fresh, they try to make up for lack of quality with quantity. Overpriced items, and overall service was quite terrible. Fatburger’s better now ?.
There is a severe staff shortage here so please don’t rush. Having said that Our server was quick, and pleasant & clearly working very hard (only 2 staff for the lunch crowd) He did an excellent job & our meal was overall really pretty good.
Great neighbourhood place! Servers are nice and I felt at home.Issues with the “smashedbrown potatoes” not being consistent though. Sometimes they are nice and crispy, sometimes soggy and bleh.Make sure to add to your order “crispy smashedbrown potatoes”. Other than that, it’s spectacular.
When we had dinner, there were not too many guests, but it took a long time for them to serve our order, about 25-30minutes only for 3 main dishes.The server wasn't friendly and seemed a bit impatience while taking order. Food were not bad, price was OK too.
Slow service and cold food. One dinner was fine but we could tell the other dish was under the hot plate for a long time since the plate was extremely hot and the food was cold. It is one error for the cook to not time it correctly so both dishes were ready at the same time. But the second flaw was the waitress serving the cold meal hoping i would not complain. Hostess also need to speak up so she can be heard through her mask. Also a very noisy place. Customers were loud and the design of the restaurant was poor acoustically. The worst white spot visit ever.
Have to say I enjoy all the white spots. Our server was quite friendly. We enjoy the food. Very well presented menu items.
Had some pirate packs to go. Went there to pick up and the shake was missing. Had to ask for it. Got home and one of the fruit cup dessert was missing as well. And the kicker, one of the legendary burger didn’t have any triple-o sauce! No quality control at all.
Just stopped in for ice cream and french fries on a Sunday afternoon.Had strong Covid protocol.Vaccinated only customers.It was busy because happy hour started.Great service.
Very nice server. Food fair, nothing spectacular. Clean establishment and excellent Covid precautions.
