I've grown up eating at White Spot and it's my go to for a easy order in meal. I've Given this location about 5 or 10 chances due to my undying love for White Spot and proximity to my home, I've ordered online multiple times, picked up and ate in, and It honestly has to be the worst White Spot out of any of the locations I've ever been to. No matter what you order, they will find a way to make it the worst version you've ever had. Perhaps the owners have never eaten at another White Spot but I can't understand how this is continuously so much worse than any other location? And let me be clear, I'm not expecting miracles here, I know what to expect when it comes to White Spot and perhaps that's why it's so disappointing. ** 2 Stars because it's a White Spot and they deserve some love, if I was rating on a scale of White Spots it would be a 0 out of 5. Nat Bailey would be shedding tears of Triple O sauce if he ever had the misfortune of eating here.
After eating at White Spot for over 30 years I had my first bad experience there and will not be returning. A couple weeks ago we placed an order for pickup. When we got home forgotten to pack one of the burgers that we ordered and paid for.I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he took my name and number and said the next time I come in they would replace the meal that was missing.I placed an order 2 days ago and when I went in to pick it up, the manager came out and told me he could not replace the order but they could only offer me 10% off of the meal I was replacing.I know he did not check the log book or search for the previous order because he didn't even bother to ask for my phone number or name.So sadly after 30 years of being a White Spot customer, my family will not be returning.
My first time in this location! We got a table quickly and our server was amazing and efficient! The Pirate Packs for the kids never disappoint! Plus a bonus that you can upgrade to a milkshake! I love the Legendary Platter add cheese! And a chocolate milkshake for me and a blueberry one for my friend! Delicious!
I wouldn't ever come back again . First of all I was waiting in the cold as I saw a wait here sign....I saw an employee putting her order in and kinda ignoring me ..finally I knocked on the glass and she said I was at the wrong entrance which I was ..I was at the pick up entrance. That's my fault . The food was good no complaints there but before I ate I asked the server if there was any hand sanitizer she said, "no only at the front." I went to the front entrance and I didn't see a bottle so as I was walking back this tall gentleman wavy dark hair in a sweater ( looked like a manager type ) asked If he could help ( not in a friendly way). I told him I'm looking for hand sanitizer he said it's at the front which I then told him I didn't see it. When we got there he just abruptly pointed and said "There" . Then he added under his breath " didn't you see it". Horrible !! Obviously if i did I wouldn' t have asked. Anyway so disappointed and horrible for White Spots brand. I included the photos of the hand sanitizer..to me walking from the back to the front I honestly don't think it's that easy to see.
Great fish and chips and awesome cod burgers. Average service. Generous portions.
White Spot! Love it! Who doesn't love the spots triple O sauce? I'm sure that there's many fans out there that feel the same way as I do. Strawberry cheesecake:). Oh yeah! It's making me crave it right now... So I guess I'm off to White spot... Yeah right now:).
Normal restaurant: “hi, welcome to xyz, let’s get you a table, could I please see your vaccine passport?” (Full mask on, respectful, welcoming, appreciative)White spot on drake “ vaccine passport” then after scanning walks away with the mask on his mouth and not even covering his nose, I don’t care about it. But atleast pretend to be welcoming, pretend you want people to be here, there was only one table in the whole restuarant..Anyways, I’ve had good experiences in other white spot restaurants, this guy, needs to wake up. Never stepping foot in that spot ever again and will make sure none of my friends or family do.We needed up walking out..
Mediocre restaurant with mediocre food.The shrimp pasta wasn't fully cooked and the bellinis were mostly ice.Howerever, our server was very respectful and attentive.
What have you changed with the burger? The meat and the bun seem different. Maybe it is only this location but the pattie was not the same and the bun was denser. When I return from being away getting a White Spot burger is one of the first things I do. Very disappointed this time. As well, as it was delivery, it wasn't warm. Overall a disappointing experience.
