It's a great restaurant. I really appreciate that they offer different cuisine selections for different palate. Service great very amicable, welcoming and courteous. Ambient was decent, sat on the patio and great ambience with minimum noise. Food great taste. We had the halibut fish and roasted salmon and we did enjoy it. The dessert was yummy with the apple tart and vanilla scoop. They were accommodating by letting us seat on the patio before a large party would arrive and then they moved us to another patio table to keep enjoying our time. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
Our entrees were very delicious. The restaurant is very loud, but a very fun/energetic vibe for dinner. We didnât have the greatest service experience. It took a while for anyone to come over and even get us waters. The server that finally did, seemed like he was just helping out until our actual server helped us, but it ended up being him the whole time. We had to continuously ask for things, getting drinks, getting food, getting refills, etc.

If you havenât tried West Oak, make your reservation now! Amazing food and service. Happy Hour is a great opportunity to try multiple dishes or dine family-style. Standout dishes from their Happy Hour menu are chinois prawns, Maui ribs, calamari and truffle fries.

The service was excellent, from the host to our server to sitting us outside when a table became free.. they really went above and beyond. That said, the food was good but the pasta (Italian) dishes were very under seasoned and felt rushed.

The music was way too loud, and while the manager agreed to turn it down, it only went down a tiny bit. To be fair we were there with our two kids plus their elderly grandmother. Food was so-so. Service was initially slow but very friendly and helpful server. We wouldnât go back.
My cousin and I went to West Oak as girls night out ( she is visiting from California). The food/music/atmosphere but our waiter was terrible ( to us). We saw him being all smiles and attentive to other guests but did not really want to serve us... not sure why or what happened as he asked us for the first drink and then never asked if we wanted other or even came back to get us water refills. Once our food was other he did not ask us if we wanted entrées or anything he went straight to the bill. He ignored us so much so that we had to ask a different wait for our bill because this dude was not coming back to our table. For prospective I have been to West oak few times and always had a great time and experience.
