Thank you very much for the awesome service and the fantastic food!! We ordered the Build Your Own Bowl Bar for an office lunch: everything was extremely fresh and tasty - the burnt miso chili was a favorite!Everyone is still raving about how they loved the food and a lot of them have asked my boss, to use you in the future. The catering experience was amazing - Zach communicated everything efficiently and effectively, while also setting up the full station for us at our office and answering our many questions. Great job!! We look forward to you taking care of us at future events.
I have been to the Richmond location several times. Always great, friendly service and accommodating for your order preferences. Food is good, fresh and perfectly portioned. They give you the basics and then you make it what you want...a great meal.
Meh. Not even close to Hawaiian poke. They don’t even have a spicy tuna option. The large bowl isn’t very large either and it’s about $20 after taxes. There are better places to get poke in the city.
Very good poke bowls. Been using a 2 for 1 coupon which made the price very affordable. Would probably not go without a coupon.
Unagi bowl is my favourite of all!!! Made to order which i like! Also they do give you tons of neat and veggies! A lot of option to add to make it a full meal!! I definitely appreciate the server that day! I totally forgot her name (she has blonde-ish hair, asian nice lady) she was very friendly!!
Pretty dissapointing... costed 18 dollars for an vegan poke bowl that was mediocre.. rice was hard and soaked in salad dressing... Won't order again.
We had the special for the day ($10) - albacore tuna with all the fixings. Spicy, but satisfying. Just small portion-wise.
I am a regular big fan of poke eater all around the greater Vancouver and Burnaby etc but this place is the FIRST place that I’m still hungry after eating their small bowl (5oz protein that was a large) that cost $18… while pokeritto, pokey okey etc has bigger portions and cheaper.

the food was good but i ordered via skip and asked for an ice tea. They gave everything but the ice tea had..... something in it? It was slimy and looked like how a lava lamp looked. Maybe bacteria??? It was pretty disgusting. I don't know what it is but i won't be drinking that. Lets hope i don't get food poisoning from whatever that was. Pictures shown for proof
