Cafeteria-style where you wait at a counter to order and take a number. We ordered two pizzas. It took 30 miniutes to have the order filled. The pizzas were expensive for what you got ($15 - $16 for a 10” pizza skimpy on toppings).

Pire expérience de restaurant de toute ma vie. aucun service, bière chaude, aucun ustensiles, pas d'assiette. passez votre tour

Got the ultraviolet pizza and cookie skillet - phenomenal! So greatful for clean food like this places serves !

It was my first time at this location.I am not vegan and have not tried too many other vegan places, having said that I have to admit the quality of food impressed me.The ambiance was neat and modern and liked it.The service I believe can be improved, for example no plates were provided on the table. We were 5 at the table and asked for plates and still didn't get proper 5 plates....this is the basic....We were with the meat up group so we were able to try out the foods below:Appetizers:Morock'n Roll SaladCheesy Garlic Focaccia, dipped in a sweet donair sauceCarbonara Pasta Skillet >>>very tastyEntrée (pizza):Sgt. Pepperoni Pizza >>>my 2nd favoriteBulgogi Pizza >>>my 1st favouritKats-You-Later PizzaGreece Lightning Pizza >>>my 3rd favoriteDessert:One Cinnamon Pillow (fluffy dough tossed in melted butter, dusted with cinnamon sugar, and finished with a vanilla glaze)>>>>great choice, very tasty* Black Forest (chocolate base with tart cherry compote swirled throughout)>>>>>At our table this was the winner* Jammie Hendrix* Piña Colada* Butter Popcorn* Vietnamese Coffee

Very unique pizzas, combinations I would have never thought of but works perfectly! Very friendly staff. It was a very delicious experience.

I don't recommend it. My order was delivered to another person that arrived after me. 40 min. wait later they finally delivered undercooked pizzas.

Really nice restaurant space. Pizza is good. Service, although friendly is extremely slow. We were told our pizza would be ready I'm 10-12 minutes, but it took over 35minutes to arrive ( not ideal when you're with your 2 year old ) There was only one other table busy when we arrived ( students on their laptops attending lectures, not eating pizza ) but lots of people picking up delivery. We ordered ice-cream for dessert and that took 10 minutes to scoop and plate ( again the restaurant was empty - only one other table had joined at this point )So although pizza was tasty enough, we won't be rushing back to eat at this location.

I have ordered many pickup orders in the past and the service was always friendly .Today was different.I can not wear a mask for medical reasons .The girl inside told me to put a mask on . I said that I can’t wear one because of medical reasons . She said I need to show her a mask exemption letter . I told her that I don’t have to show her anything ( see attached picture of human rights BC ) . She said my pizza is not ready and that I should come back in 10 minutes, and she told me again that I need to bring a mask exemption letter when I come back . I found that very rude of her . Another employee ( maybe her supervisor) apologized. Please educate your employees properly, they do not have the authority to ask for personal medical information like a mask exemption letter .I also sent you an email but I guess ignorance is bliss and you don’t even bother to reply .You have lost a customer

Wanted to start this review by saying I am usually a big fan of your pizzas. I love the Vancouver location, and have been to the UBC location 3 or 4 times since I moved here this Winter. However, I don't know what they teach them at this location, because I have been so unimpressed the last few visits. Today, after being told the pizza would be up in about 10 minutes (already 10 minutes past estimated time), my girlfriend and I sat for another 25 minutes right in front of the kitchen waiting. When we finally started to get annoyed, we asked if the pizza was almost ready, and the guy goes "Oh, it's ready." As if we weren't sitting in front of him for the last 20 minutes. The same guy that told us 10 minutes. Are you supposed to nag the workers every 5 min to check if your pizza is ready? To make matters worse, the pizza was burnt, chewy, and oily (which is not normal for their pizzas) and the restaurant wasn't even busy. At least the kale salad was good.Love the pizza, but this type of thing has happened twice now, so maybe I will be picking other options from now on.EDIT: I have sent an email (as requested) and have received no response. It has been a week :D

Used to go to the one in Toronto and found this one to be really underwhelming. The crust was thin but lacked the flavour and consistency. It is good for vegan pizza but overall wasn’t that impressed.
