Had the lemon pepper chicken wings. Overall Vera's is good for a quick food stop. Everything is pretty on par for what it is, burgers and poutine...etc.Service was good, lots of space, the kids loved the hot dogs and burgers of course.
They may offer a gluten free bun but can’t follow directions and that’s a warning they have bigger problems in the kitchen. I asked for no onions and they put fried onions which I am allergic to in it and we’re dismissive. Came back after I found a few and walked out. Can’t trust the staff much less the kitchen with cross contamination and ordering.
It's a good Vera's. It has its menu and the food is on time. It's not the best kept right now. When I was there yesterday, it looked like it was either unfinished inside or under some renovations.
Vera Single is especially good for lady and small appetite. The price is reasonable tho.The bbq beef is so juicy and it perfect to go with sweet potato fries.After visiting Kitsinalo Beach, it’s nice going there to grab a quick super.
The burgers are good for a quick convenient meal. Basic burger is affordable while the other options are higher priced. Personally I don't love their fries and recommend the onion rings.
Good food, great people and cozy vibes. I'm glad they opened dine in. Catherine served me the Pawer burger and it was the best burger I had in weeks.
