Great burger selection very tasty food. Open until 4am. Deep fried jalapeños are really good as well. Everyday during the week there is a promotion on each burger. The attention was great from the 2 staff members. Its amazing how they run all that operation only with 2 people. You can also have shots of tequila and beer and get absolutely hammered right beside other bars at a way cheaper price. Always recommended to visit Vera's burger
Good grub, had the BBQ and got the lady the Big Chick. Both were great, I added jalapeno buttons and they were an awesome addition.
I ordered burgers from the a couple of times through food delivery apps. It is pretty basic but great taste and price. Onion rings were so good.

I LOVE this place. The burgers are so juicy and delicious. It’s always my go to for after the bar, or whenever I’m in the mood for a fantastic burger for a really good price. I tried their poutine the other day and it was good too! Highly recommend. I brought some friends there and they said it lived up to the hype.

This is an amazing Vera's joint I know there's many of them around but this one downtown not only whenever I call. ... I can't even get through half of my order before she knows who I am and she remembers exactly what I got last time. Always with a friendly voice and when I arrive asks me how I am and I feel more like a friend than just a place that I go to eat.One time they missed my gravy and I went back up there and she gave me another gravy on top of the one that I purchased and a gift certificate. She has amazing customer service I see her working all the time she's a very hard worker and anyone that could ever write a bad review I would never take seriously. With so many burger joints around downtown I will always go to Vera's.Thank you for the amazing service and the amazing food.
We were looking for a place to eat our first night visiting Vancouver and decided to try Vera's since it was close to our hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was largely disappointing.+ Good service. We were promptly greeted by the two ladies working there. They were friendly and both checked in during our meal to ask how things were.+ Portion sizes were reasonable.- Pricey: We ordered the G-Money burger, Cajun burger, a side of fries and a Coke, which came to $42. The G-Money burger was also $17 in-store despite being listed online for $13.- Lack of seasoning: The burgers and fries were both very bland because they had absolutely no seasoning. The flavour of the beef and fries could greatly benefit from a little salt and pepper.- The cut and texture of the fries were not the most appealing. Also, the fries in our basket were a mix of piping hot and cold.- We noticed a lot of gnats flying around while we were eating, which often makes you question cleanliness behind the scenes.I am not a local, but if I was, I would not be back a second time.
Best burgers in town hands down!We always get the Vera burger original and never disappointed. The meat is so delicious (that's what she said), tasty and freshly made.It is not a typical fast food burger as they do take their time to prep it, around 15 minutes, but the wait is worth it.When we crave for a burger, we think of Vera, specifically this location, not sure about other locations.
