Super friendly staff, and even better tasting food! Always made fresh to order and will definitely be back to this place.Highly recommended! Especially the Stinger Burger, if you have a taste for some spicy heat ;))
I had the Vera Burger with cheese and fries. I think the burger should have been cooked for longer, it fell apart after a couple bites. The only way to describe it is, soggy and flavorless. The fries were decent but for the price, you don't get very many. The man working the till was very rude to my friend when she asked a simple question and that made the experience even worse.
I was craving a burger that wasn't fast food so I figured Vera's would be a good choice since I hadn't eaten there yet, and it's close.I ordered the most basic burger, cause if you can't make a basic burger you can't make a burger.As soon as I heard the cook chopping the patty I knew it wasn't gonna be good.Sure enough, burger fell apart immediately.GIANT piece of iceberg lettuce, thick slice of tomato, patty not even fully cooked just dripping with fat, super soft, thin buns.I ate it because I was hungry, so I give it 2 stars.Otherwise I would have asked for my money back.

I stopped here to grab a quick burger and fries for two. The customer service is good enough, and the food was made to order quickly. I found the meal to be a bit greasy, but that could be expected from a burger shack. Give them a try !
We're big fans of Vera's, but we will not be going back to the main street location. Showed up to pick up my order and the person behind the counter wasn't wearing their mask properly, over the mouth only. He then proceeded to take it off fully. When we took our order home, my partner's burger was almost completely raw in the middle. When we called to explain, the man on the phone proceeded with a rehearsed speech about steak cut burgers cooked to a certain temperature. Sure burgers should be a bit pink in the middle, but would you eat this? Decided we didn't want to come back in for the replacement, since we live 15 minutes away and they couldn't offer us a store credit or anything to rectify the situation.
Awesome burger! Very friendly staff and a nice little spot. The burger really was amazing though, think I finished in 5 minutes, it was so good.
I wish we got more fries. The bag deff felt more then half empty in this situation. :/ Also I didn't see any gloves. Burgers were delicious tho.
I had the Buffalo chicken burger which comes with blue cheese. I added fried onions, fried mushrooms , blackened sauce along with side of hot sauce, ketchup , fries and coke. The burger was v good in taste , chicken was good quality, medium sized portion, lettuce was fresh. They have something called veras sauce which was good, blue cheese was also good. I am happy I added the blackened spice which made the taste much better and lil on the spicier side. Fried mushrooms were v well done , fried onions were lil less in quantity. They must included peri peri fries in their menu coz peri peri spice is the IN THING these days. I wish there was an option to get bottomless fries like white spot coz it makes the meal filling. Fries that came along were less in quantity. Overall , a very good burger. If the bun was sesame, that would have enhanced the flavor
Solid 4 Stars here ?I used ti go to Vera,s years ago and can't remember why i stopped going there.Well I'm Back ? and for good reason.They do burgers right - kinda like one you would make for yourself with all the ingredients in from of you.The fries are quite good, but plain. Maybe a little seasoning salt guys ?I'll be back to try another one on the menu ti determine my fav 1 or 2.Just so you all know, Vera's is a local company, started in Dundarave, West Vancouver if my memory is right.
