Such a friendly customer service, they are always ready to answer any questions and go above and beyond to help out. I love the variety of different products, and their hummus is to die for. This place is my must stop location when I am in the area.
I used to LOVE this little shop. Unfortunately I have been twice in the last couple of months and it has gone seriously down hill. The products are not nearly as good. We were forced to buy prosciutto that they had pre packed and it came out as a shredded lump and we recently had some calebrese go bad in a couple days.Last but not least, where the customer service used to be top notch. Our service was completely unhelpful and bordering on out right rude.I no longer recommend this business.
They sold ground kangaroo about a month ago for $8.99 and I purchased a pound of it today at the cost of $13.99. Whenever I asked why such a increase in price the girl said all products have gone up which is supposed to justify for the redicilous price. Gouging is uncalled for.
A hidden gem of the West End! Top quality deli meats, cheeses, preserves, spices - a great place to find hard-to-find and authentic ethnic foods and ingredients. Try their warm spinach and cheese burek from the deli counter - it's to die for! I hope this place continues to receive support from the community, because they are soooo much better than the larger store across the street!

GEM of a deli! I always go here for my cheese boards ( you can get many types of cheese for a great price), sandwich meat, great for chocolates, coffee, Dutch cocoa, and much moreThe space is tight but that’s part of the charm :) you never know what you’re going to find!Also I agree with them having the best hummus in Vancouver! They are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
Love the Montreal Pastrami and Prosciutto salami. This is a very well stocked deli and grocery store. Prices are very fair, please support this business. Much better quality then the big stores.
This store has few Turkish goods like tomato and pepper paste, jam, Turkish coffee and tea selection and Biskrem if you are lucky. I shop here pretty often and came accross expired food once or twice but the staff offered refund or a new package when I told them.
Great selection! It’s a real West End gem.
