Food is great; coffee is not. This is a small location, so the market is not as well-stocked as the others, but, still, pretty good for the size of it. I took my son for Sunday breakfast, at the cafe. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the oatmeal was quite good, as well, especially with a sprinkling of dried apricot. The coffee was bitter, the worst vanilla latte I've ever had, no contest. I'm quite astounded how they made something so generically good taste so bad, but, wow, it was horrid. It's still a nice place to sit and eat a nice, hot meal - but possibly not breakfast, since breakfast for many of us includes a palatable cup of coffee.
Worst customer service experience at the hot food counter. There were several people waiting to be served and the people behind the counter saw us but continued to do whatever it was they were doing. I believe the girl from the cashier came around and helped one guy but didn't bother to come back to help me even though there was nobody left in line by then. I'm the only person waiting now and another 10 minutes later the other lady finally put down what she was doing to come help me. She seemed really annoyed that I was even there. It took 2 mins to take my order but she was giving attitude the whole time. I used to grab lunch from there pre-covid and it was a great place to do so with good service too. Not sure what happened but the last couple of times have not been the best experience. Unlikely to go back unless I'm in such a rush I can't go anywhere else to grab food while at work.

Awesome spot. Minutes from the water. Great spot to grab a great sandwich n cappuccino. Wonderful staff. Super efficient. Amazing little grocery store on the lower level. Perfect spot for a flight crew on a layover thanks a bunch. See you again!!
I regularly shop from this store, but my favourite spot is cold cuts.
A smaller location for this supermarket chain, but got all necessities. They don't have self serve hot food bar/salad bar/pizza here, but the coffee stand and desserts is there. Nice seating area. Great natural remedies/pharmacy section. Super friendly service. Keep coming back :)
Went there today and bought Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap. The peanuts tasted off as if they were old. Ruined the entire taste of the wrap. Had to remove all peanuts.
2nd Dec 2021 at 12:55 ( I paid )I had the worse service at the restaurant.Their line up is so not understandable, I stand up in front of the middle display to pick the chicken quesadilla, and chicken butter samosa. That took me around 20 mins to get served though I had two friends with me we arrived at the same time and they finish way earlier than me.I started talk with the lady from the staff and she started screaming that she is very busy and alone, and kept finishing the orders of the people who came after me!!!Finally I got helped from her and she asked me if I want my order toasted then she gave me a little paper, I understood that I have to pay using that little paper. I line up again to pay my order, another lady took that paper and asked me to pay, then she kept silent, I asked her where is my food and she said you have to wait until we call you on the other side ( how would I know that???!!!) also I have a reward card and she didn’t offer to scan my card.I waited in the area close to the other cash, the cashier asked if I wanted something, I said: I am waiting for my food, he asked me if I wanted the food now!!!!!Their food is not the best but not bad as fast meal.Please try to avoid the busy lunch time as they are not well organized at that time.BTW, I like the urban fare supermarket but that was my experience with restaurant at a busy time.

Stayed nearby and used this location for breakfast and some groceries. The grocery section is excellent for a small location. The cafe section is so close to being great. Vegan items found at grocery and cafe sides made it an option. They offer quite a few hot items for lunch and breakfast but the way it is set up for ordering and paying makes no sense. It has different cashiers for ordering food and another for coffee and baked goods. People get in the way of each other, don't know where they are supposed to order what, and impossible to go backwards through the crowd unless you go outside. So close to being a perfect mix of cafe and grocery store but so far away in making it enjoyable.
