You can get what u want but only slightly higher price than other supermarkets

Beautiful grocery store. Some of the items are pricey.

Located on downtown, within luxury brands.Making this place look luxurious grocery store.I especially like their deli section as they have various selections of food.

Well organized supermarket. But I need to say something about the staff. I am from Europe and went to the store, was curious about the products and brands we do not have in Germany. So I was strolling through the aisles, took my time and was looking around when I quickly recognized someone is looking at me like I was looking at the groceries. The security lady has been following me from aisle to aisle and when I looked at her she looked away like a non professional. I realized quickly what’s going on here, felt kinda unwell and when someone from the supermarket staff asked her something, she pointed with her finger on me. Bye!I was really willing to buy something but with this behavior, no thank you!Take your job serious but not too serious to let people feeling unwell like a criminal.

Don’t order hot wings…. It wasn’t good spicy, it was more like poison-spicy. Despite the fact that I usually enjoy spicy food…Other than that, it’s a fine place to grocery shop.

Excellent place to do some grocery shopping or grab a meal. A big selection of salads, sandwiches, sushi, gourmet pizza, pot pies, and a delicious carvery that depending on the day includes roast beef, leg of lamb, ham, porchetta, and beef brisket. Rotisserie chicken includes BBQ and Italian. Plus a nice choice of cooked veggies. So much high end choice. Plus, great service by the team. Very professional and friendly. Brilliant service by Sanya!

Beware of the meat department, especially the pre-packed meat - they pack old meat as fresh in an attempt to sell it all. Three times now I got spoilt meat from them, that smelled awful when opened. It seems they have no quality control and/or bad managementEDIT: I see other people complained about this as well, check reviews below

One of the best upscale grocery stores in downtown Vancouver. In addition to gourmet groceries, they have hot food bar at this location, as well as really well priced gourmet pizzas by weight (salmon pizza as well!) and a large seating area indoors and outdoors. Limited tables indoors during the current lockdown. Amazing upscale vibe store with delicious food. Gets a little busy during lunch hours, but frees up a bit after around 2 pm. Free wifi.

Good selection but the cashiers are awful. So rude and unsure of their own policies. Had to call over a supervisor many times only to have the supervisor okay it straight away

I bought a slice of pizza. There was coal or rock kind of thing in my food. I should it to the chef. I posted the picture below. This size peice can break someones teeth or cause a kidney stone. I went to show it to the chef. She said its ok if you dont want to eat we will refund. This is not the service we think of getting from such a resturant. What if someone gets sick or any severe infection shows up. She just refund the money and she was fine with it. Just want to tell management it can be serious for me anybody else who eats and get sick.
