The quality is not stable sometimes, I ordered oolong tea latte with oat milk and pearl every time so I know how it supposed to taste like.Today the tea was strange and watery…it had extra separate taste when swallowed, and the pearl was a bit old compare to usual, ( ordered 0 ice so it doesn’t make the pearl hard )It shouldn’t taste this awful…Hope they keep their quality consistently.
Tried the brown sugar bubble tea, it was great! The milk tea and brown sugar was so flavourful. I found the tapioca pretty chewy and sticky which wasn’t my favourite. Staff was friendly.

We order from Jenjudan nearly every week, sometimes twice. However, there has been so many cases where I order 0% sugar, 30% ice but there's no ice, so I get worried that they mix things up and put 30% sugar instead (because some of the drinks are already sweet without sugar...). This happened today again, which prompts me to write a review. Please please pay attention to the orders.Otherwise, the drinks are good that's why we order here often. My favorite topping is grass jelly, and the boba balls are the best. My favorite drinks are the Thai tea latte, passionfruit green tea with coconut jelly and tapioca balls, jasmine green tea latte with grass jelly.Edit: I've decided to edit my review because I do love Jenjudan bubble teas and I understand mistakes can happen. The woman that I often see as cashier/barista is nice, polite and very quick.
Love this spot! Tried the Oreo bubble tea, it was amazing… not overly sweet. Will definitely go back.
My favourite place to get milk tea. Staff are very helpful and friendly! The store is always clean. They always do such an amazing job even when they're busy.Their capped brown sugar peark milk is a 10/10.

This place is amazing. We ordered the brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea latte and man they were unreal. The bubbles are the best I've ever had anywhere. This is the best bubble tea I've had so far and I finished the drink so fast I was craving for more afterward. Definitely recommend you try it if you are craving for a bubble tea...you won't be disappointed!!!

The Thai milk tea smoothie with glass jelly and the brown sugar milk with fresh taro were so delicious.The Thai milk tea smoothie with grass jelly tasted better than the Thai tea latte with added grass jelly (has a bit more sweet aroma to it).
