Limited menu: most of what we wanted from the website was not available, just the core items. The fire alarm went off, and the lady that had taken our order actually brought the food to us outside. They forgot the salad we had ordered, but she had given us a free milkshake for no apparent reason other than my 8yo's charm.
A great place to grab a bite on campus. I quite like the buttermilk chicken burger and cheddar bacon burger!
Avoid! This is a terrible and disgusting establishment.To start off, the food was really subpar. Ordered a burger and a milkshake. There was more mayo in that burger than there was patty. And the "chocolate milkshake" just tasted like frozen milk, there was no chocolate at all.Now comes the real kicker, there were strands of hair in my milkshake, which made me gag on the spot. I got it with the lid on, so it couldn't have been mine. My friend has also told me she's been served fries that had a dead fly in it.There most definitely was something wrong with the hygiene of this place, since I had a pretty bad stomachache right after eating their food.They also had a mask required policy (I was wearing mine) yet their employees were using them as chin diapers the whole time I was there.And they had this one guy pretending to wipe the tables. I kid you not, he would take a tablecloth and "air-wipe" the tables. Like what are you doing man...
Over priced, undersized, and underdelivered. The food was tasteless.

I love triple Os, but I hate this location.I usually never make negative reviews, but I feel passionately about this.Don't get me wrong, there is definitely great workers at this establishment, but some workers are awful.I understand its really busy, and under high stress like that, you are prone to make mistakes. However, not once, but TWICE, when I ordered onion rings, the SAME LADY input my order fries, so I was stuck with fries.The first time this happened, i was upset, but I let it go, because they were super busy, and it was just a mistake.The second time however, it was not busy, and it was the SAME LADY who made the mistake. So as the shy, gen Z university student I am, I gathered up all my courage and brought up the issue with them, expecting to be able to pay the difference for my onion rings (because onion rings cost more), and get my onion rings. But when I told the staff, all she said was "well it says fries". okay..? and I ordered onion rings. I don't want fries.I've worked in fast food, I understand that when you click "combo" it automatically defaults to fries. But does this lady NOT know how to change it so the combo onion rings instead of fries? because this happened with the same lady TWICE.I hate fries, and I wanted onion rings, and now I feel like I've just wasted my money, because I am stuck with food I do not want.
Good food but mean and nasty staff who yell at customers who do not hear their number.

The fries could do some work.. otherwise pretty standard burger restaurant with decent burgers, shakes are mediocre though.
Worst customer service ever. The cashier was extremely rude, and she didn't even give me the right order number. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes until they realized their mistake. Meanwhile, my burger became cold, and they just passed it to me without saying sorry. I do not recommend this location at all.
