I didn't order sauce with a side of burger, and I don't appreciate surprised garlic in the fries, which tells me you don't care about allergies

Impressive that this fast food version of White Spot still offers up their Tuesday cheaper burger deal which is the same size as when not on special. Their fries & burgers are da' bomb!
This place is going downhill. I was a regular customer but now I just come here occasionally. I would say the last 3 out of 5 times the fries were not White Spot fries, they were poor substitutes. This is happening regularly and at White Spot Restaurants too. Why does a company brag about their products in advertising and then just substitute an inferior product and hope their customers don't notice? In the Restaurant, I usually call them out and they admit it. When it's take out you don't know what you are getting until you have left the store. This is a terrible way to encourage loyalty. This company seems to care more about convenience than standing by their advertising and their quality. If you don't have your regular product inform the customer when ordering. It's dishonest to substitute without explanation. Do you think McDonald's would do this?
The burger as a whole was great! It had great toppings and the sauce was tasty. It was a bit on the expensive side but that’s okay.The fries weren’t that good in my opinion but I like a more saltier fry anyway.Their cookies and cream milkshake was so delicious. I don’t normally like them but my boyfriend got one and I drank a lot of it.
Holy hamburger. We stumbled into this place 30 minutes before closing, with not a clean table to be found, quite possibly right after a small tornado passed through. It was not looking good for quality or cleanliness and we almost walked. We have left before with less warning signs than this place was giving off.I'm glad we stayed because that burger was amazing! I almost feel bad now for thinking I could possibly get diarrhea from here. You have to stick it out and give this place a try. I now realize that we just happened upon this place at the end of a hard long day for these workers. This place was recently slammed and they were just trying to recover, and that is just a testament to how good this place really is.Is this a hidden gem? Do the locals know about it and keep it secret? Doesn't matter, make it a stop.
Always loved White Spot’s Triple O burgers. Had a chance to have lunch at Triple O on Cornwall in Kitsilano. The place was empty for Friday lunch. Ordered the Monty Mushroom combo with onion rings and a drink. The total was $19. ?. That’s crazy restaurant price. Maybe that’s why the place was empty. Maybe it’s inflation. But whatever the reason, $19 was just a bit expensive. The burger was good but not great. There was too much triple o sauce and not enough mushrooms.
I often used to come after my lessons at VAM! Always delicious! Helpful and very friendly staff! Wifi was a plus as well!

Ordered for delivery. Instead of the bigger patty that i paid extra for, i instead got the regular patty, burnt to a crisp and very obviosly hours old. Ordered garlic fries, recieved a half portion of cold, soggy mush. Its was like they picked my order out of the garbage. Never again.
