We came into trattoria kitsalano tonight and had the most amazing service! Racquel the GM went above and beyond to accommodate a large party celebration dinner. She moved things around so we could all sit together and was very warm and welcoming. Our server Carmen was patient and always there when we needed her. I will absolutely be back for the delicious food and even better service.
If you crave Italian food this is a good choice in the Kitsilano area. There is a good menu selection. Free parking in their small outdoor lot (enter at the rear lane and up a small ramp. Take the door that leads you down a set of steps to 4th Avenue right next to the restaurant). #letsguide #covid
Overall I wasn't pleased with my meal here, had the carbonara and garlic bread. Portion was tiny, flavour was lacking but the service was excellent. Went with two friends and they both really enjoyed their meals so maybe it was just mine, personally I won't be back.
We happened to be there on a Wednesday on got our wine at 50% off. The service was great (thanks Emma) the food delicious. Very covid friendly. Great experience, will go again.
Great experience!,We came across this beautiful place because of Global Dinning Collection from Amex.The service was 5 stars, despite there was a confusion with the offer from Amex, they handle it right the way and explained us kindly.Food was very good! We order the beef carpaccio as appetizer and for entree Lamb & Beef . Thumbs up to their vegetables, they tasted fresh and where perfectly cooked !This makes a big difference from other places.Portions are good! very well served.We order the tiramisu as dessert! Is creamy, great portion and super tasty!We had a very pleasant experience
Great antipasti. The burrata and prosciutto is terrific particularly with the forno bread Both the carbonara and the bolognaise are a cut above. The limoncello trifle is recommended for dessert. Small but appropriately Italian wine list. The service is professional.
Visited with family on weeknight. We got a table right away. However they did not have a table for five so they seated us at two tables instead. Kind of silly that we could not visit from one table to the other. But it’s good that they followed the COVID protocol fully. Food was amazing. From the pear fennel salad to Mediterranean Sea Bass to Special of Grilled chicken, everything was nicely made. Limoncello Trifle and Afigato were Delish. Our server was very nice, sorry I forgot her name. Love kits area and will eat here again if visiting
I always have the best service from Daniel, my favourite waiter! He is always pleasant and has a nice manner.
