WORST EXPERIENCE EVERDON'T GO and expose yourself. The manager is terribly rude and unworthy.I arrived on the rainy cold night of July 3 2022. Scared because it is not a cute area of the city. The public transportation was about to close and I was told the bus station would be open, but no. And my bus would leave at 5 am, I needed to be there at least at 4:30 am.I asked if they were open 24 hours, and if they had wifi before I ordered. The lady answered yes so I asked for a soup and went to sit down on a table.A minute later they came to kick me out.There is NO SIGN specifying that the counter remains open 24 hours, but not the dinning area.The manager even told me to go and have my soup in Mc Donald's because they do have dinning zone open 24 hours a day.OUTRAGEOUSI asked him how he dared to say that? I couldn't eat this restaurant food in other restaurant installation. What would he say if it was the other way around? If I got here with a coffee and a hamburger from McDonald's and want to eat them here?He even locked me in the dinning area and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave immediately.When I tried to go out, the gate was indeed locked. I asked him to open and so he replied Didn't you want to stay?GIVE ME A BREAK!!!It was the girl who told me it would be open 24 hours, who tried to open the fence, and since it was locked and neither her was able to open it, so she opened me the main entrance so I could go out.So I was not able to enjoy my soup, I had to get out again to the rain, and expose myself in a dark rainy night.I AM NEVER GONNA SET FOOT AGAIN in any store of this DISRESPECTFUL Trademark.I should have called the police myself. They denied me the service I bought, and technically they kidnapped me for a couple of minutes and threatened me.

Can the manager of this location please get in touch with me? I can't believe the quality of service at this place, not to mention the total lack of help after employees make mistake after mistake on the same order. It's ridiculous! Why am I paying $7 for ONE ice coffee? That's not the price!

Packets of butter do not go together with the hot items in the bag, especially not on top of them as heat tends to rise more often than not. You should feel patronized and you should feel stupid and I hope none of you are ever on your way to being engineers. The way that this restaurant chooses to package its deliveries is almost malicious, nobody could really be that oblivious. And to think that There was an increase in the minimum wage. Children and preschool can probably figure these problems out and highlight them after a couple hours of practice. Never ordering from this place again

It's dirtiest tim Hortons I've ever seen and Employees don't know how to behave they are super rude. I ordered coffee on jun-18 10:00 pm. The girl who was on counter behaved like she have some personal problem with customers. And her facial expressions was so weird. I'm not gonna come here again.

The staff at this branch is great, the goods are just average Tim Horton's variety. The line ups, however, can be brutal. What's worse is they disabled kiosk ordering, so you have to stand in line and wait. Not sure the kiosk is permanently disabled, but it sure adds more load onto the already hammered staff.

They're open all night and they have public bathrooms that are open to the public(yesssss!) At times, rarely, but through out the 24 hr.day they just need to be cleaned. It's a step up from some of the other(Tim Horton's ) spots I've been in, so staff members; THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! DOING GREAT WORK ,KEEP IT UP!

I showed the cashier that I have my own reusable cup. She still charges me the disposable cup fee. They knew they over charged when I got my drink in their disposable Tims cup but they just chose to ignore it and pour my drink into my cup. Their staff are not honest.

Have you ever gone up to order and been made to feel like you were intruding in the staff's internal conversations? Well, that's what I felt at this Tim Hortons.It reminded me why I've so dramatically reduced how often I go to any Tim Hortons over the past few years...their Customer service is generally awful!Why 3 stars then, you ask? Well, the food hit the spot for a hungry tummy ... and the IceCap was a nice treat that overwhelmed the bad taste of the customer service!

Didnt realize Tim Hortons lunch wraps sizes and quality varies . At this location the taste too seemed bland
