Had a night out with friends. Arrived back at my hotel...Hyatt Regency Burrard st....hungry, no problem Tim Hortons is next to hotel and advertises all over the shop front 'Open 24 hours'. Not quite midnight and the front door is locked ! No staff inside. Place completely closed.False advertising !!! They are NOT open 24 hours !
Was visiting Canada Place and went in for a coffee and donut. The coffee was very weak and milky with very little taste. I guess I should have asked for another shot. I ordered a plain donut and it tasted a bit stale. I visited about 4pm and maybe it has been sitting there for too long. The location is great and the staff were very friendly. Maybe I might try visiting earlier in the morning.
What stu**** corporate rules make Tim Hortons all over Canada that inefficient? I have been to 20 Tim Hortons all over Canada. I really felt pitiful. The employees give me an impression like they are about to kill themselves or suddenly fall asleep. Out of 20 orders 10 were wrong. I mean really: What corporate rules do they have there?
Employees here are so relaxed and don’t care that there is a long line up already! I haven’t been to a slowest Tim Hortons!!! Took me 30 mins for my order!
Just horrible. I go this Tim Horton's almost daily (closest to my work). The staff never smiles, can't speak English, only does the bare minimum and is horribly rude - especially to other minorities (ironic). This is additionally horrible as many tourists coming off cruise ships experience this as their first exposure in Canada. Rude, unfriendly and lazy is now the Canadian way I guess.
I tried to order the new Cilantro Lime Chicken loaded wrap, but they keep asking me what do I want.Okay, my English is not perfect but I’m pretty sure you can hear me say “Cilantro”, “Lime”, and “Chicken”. Staff should have know the menu even though they are in training. She acted like I was wrong whole time. The other Tims I went before had great service so I hope this is the only place I get embarrassed like this.
Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Staff is rude, i talked to 3 different staff members and everyone was rude the same way. I asked for a iced drink they gave me the warmest drink ever with 3 ice cubes that melted right away and make it watered down! Also, i asked for a fork and they kept asking me to repeat as if they have never heard "fork" before?? They finally said "ok" and walked away and i never got my fork! A fork?! And i heard a staff member ask this person if they had enough money for their order! What is this location? Never going back!!
Probably one of the slowest tim hortons in western Canada. I'm not sure if they are just training the entire floor staff or what's up but I had to wait 20 mins for 3 drinks and only 2 were correct.
Large coffee one cream
The location is great but the wait time is too long compared to other locations. They are understaffed and that's understandable but it affects the whole customer experience.None of the tables were clean. I wish it was better..
