This is my regular Tim’s as it’s near where I work. The service is usually good, and the prices here are low relative to other Tim’s which keeps me coming back. The interior could use an upgrade, as the floors and furniture etc are starting to look very worn out and dated, especially as I’ve noticed interior improvements at other Tim’s around the city. Overall a good location, but wish it was cleaner.
This is the third time I have come to this location, and each time the girls have messed up the order. I’m a regular daily timmies customer always getting either a lunch or a breakfast or both, on work days.They gave me whole wheat bun instead of the white one, and didn’t tell me they were out of white bread. I would have liked to be told because there’s other things I would have gotten. They gave me the wrong Timbits, I asked for plain sour cream they gave me the chocolate chip ones. Then argued with me saying that’s what they have. It’s not a big deal but I like my orders how I like them and I order carefully. They didn’t inform me of the low stock, and the changes. Also it was one of the most poorly made sandwiches ever. Sauce all over the top of bun from their messy gloves and way too much sauce, the ingredients were clumped together, and out of the 30 or so different timmies locations I go to while driving for work this one is among the worst. I blame the staff, because it is a lovely looking restaurant. I would have liked the staff to correct the mistake instead of arguing. One of the staff even admitted I should have been told about the low stock rather than giving me substitutes without checking with me, the customer…
Long lineups, cold food. Not a single one of the tables inside are balanced. If you don't know enough to put a folded napkin under one of the legs you WILL spill coffee on table and more often than not on your clothing. Please fix.
It's 17C outside and the inside of the Timmy's is 12C. I was trying out my new laser thermometer and I kid u not the Timmy's is so cold people have there parkas on to sit in the shop.I'm sure the owner dosen't want anyone sitting in his shop.So if u go take a thick warm jacket.I'm going to the Starbucks across the street.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever stepped into. Ceiling is always leaking, smells of mold and filth. I don’t understand why this location has not shut down yet or been inspected by a health organization. Completely unsanitary and disgusting! I will never come back to this location!
STAFF WILL TELL YOU THEY DONT HAVE SOMETHING, THEN WILL SERVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME ITEM YOU ORDERED. Today, I entered the store after placing a mobile order, on the order was a cold brew and a box of timbits. I waited a few minutes before someone asked for my mobile order number. Then they informed me there’s no cold brew, gave me the box of timbits and asked what I would like for replacement. They offered me ice capp, at this time, I felt a little uneasy because I know the ice is about a dollar less than cold brew. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I kept it to myself, after all it’s just a dollar. As I was waiting for the ice cap to be made, a cup of cold brew was being served right in front of me, so I started asking, how come I was told there was no cold brew, but it’s being served right in front of me? I was told that it was from an earlier order, I felt more uneasy but decide to just take the ice capp. While waiting, another customer ordered the same cold brew I ordered, and the staff didn’t say they didn’t have any?? That customer 100% came after me because I was already waiting before she even paid. Looks like they are only out of cold brew for certain people…. I then walked back to my car, but came back out and decide to be petty for giving me a replacement drink that is a dollar less. Then they FINALLY offered me a refund. But not in the card I paid for, in cash.
They don't have raspberry favoured lemonade, my kids favourite! But I still drop in. The place is usually not too crowded. Wait time is ok. But the facilities needed cleaning the few times I needed to go in.
Since when do you have to pay 30 cents for extra butter when you buy muffins? The rude man behind the counter suggested I bring my own butter at the location on 3100 block of w Broadway
At the store staffs were good and polite to everyone. And the service was good but the cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. It was disgusting and there was a water leakage from the ceiling Airconditioner duck, so they have kept a bin bucket in front of the pastry cooler. I can understand the current situation but the store have to follow the basic hygeine and cleaning part at all the time. I wonder if the store front side (the customer service and sitting area) are not upto the mark what about the kitchen (back of the house) part?? Are they really follow the basic hygiene/cleaning part and the SOP in the store?
