Literally the most disgusting tim hortons I have ever been too. Service is absolutely atrocious I waiting half an hour for a bagel with cream cheese and the order wasn’t even right. This place needs new management or should be shut down. Absolute dump and terrible rude employees who clearly do not care about their job or take it seriously. I’d give zero stars if the option was available.
The worst customer service i get from this branch. Two three mints i m waiting there i tried to call the employee but she totally ignores me. And things are out stock and when i asked them washroom is open for customer she said not working . I really disappoint I will never wanna to visit there again .
Their TV wasn't on so I couldn't see the menu. I asked them if they could turn it on and they asked me which menu I wanted to look at. Shouldn't it all be on regardless of what I'm wanting to order? They still didn't turn on the TV.Service was extremely slow as per usual of this franchise location.
a disgusting, dirty location. the tables are always covered in crumbs, smeared with jams, and frequently patrons can't even be bothered to throw away their drink cups.
This is worse branch with worse customer service I have experience compare to any other Tim’s Horton locations. I am not only speaking for myself also for others. I am a bus driver and most drivers drinks a lot of coffee everywhere specially at Tim’s. I am not going to details but all I can say is that it happens almost every time I will grab a coffee that either I walked out the door unhappy or see other customers gets mad. Then when the customers walks away, they would talks about the person and laughing about it in punjabi. I might not understand what they are talking about but their eyes and body language tells the truth as I sat down and watch them looking at the customer laughing around so loud.I don’t like leaving g review as I can take bad customer service myself but this time I had enough. I am currently sitting in front while writing this review and it bothers me how they treat the customers very unpleasantly. Beside that I experienced old coffee and mocha that taste like water and donut that I always have to ask for a piece of napkin and they rarely say thank you to the customers the table are filthy sticky and dirty. If there is any other coffee around, I will for sure go somewhere else. Any, I have two more weeks anyway and I won’t be buying anything here no more.
I had two times with this Tim Horton. First time they changed master card twice when I bought some breakfast, second time they give me two clod bagels and which was not I ordered. I asked to get refund. They just give me a refund receipt, but money was not refund to my master card.
They have a picture of an Amex card on their debit machine, but they don’t take AMEX?!? Bad!!Also the cashier was chatting to her coworker while I was standing and waiting for my receipt.
Tried their latte today and it was undrinkable. I don't mind bad coffee but I don't understand how they could make something taste so bad.
Rude service and attitude.Almost made mistakes for orders event though just ONE customer,still messed up my coffee.Last time I ordered iced coffee with NO creamer and sugar. The staff just handed me the coffee with sugar and creamer! And just one me at the shop! I asked the staff to change the correct one and her attitude was so bad and rude! Kept arguing she was right. She didn’t hear that I said no sugar and creamer.Plus, also made wrong of my coffee from my Uber order!Are the staffs here really working?Super awful!
3 choices for Timbits and slow service pretty much sums up my experience here. Been to many other locations better than this one.
