I am from US and have been traveling with my family through Alberta and BC for the last 6 days and chose to stay in a hotel next door to this cafe. Every single day we have been doing breakfast at one of the Tim Hortons because of our old association. This location bothered me and forced me to write this review. I spent $45+ on my breakfast and later needed a cup of water. I went to the counter and asked for a cup of water with ice. The Asian server was so rude to me and said “there is a charge for that cup of water you have to pay for”. As a visitor to this city how can one know that there is a charge when earlier another lady did not charge any. Business should have more respect for a customer because they are there because of us.I do not know if anyone from corporate is looking at these comments but you need to be ashamed of annoying a customer by collecting Pennie’s from custom for a cup of water. It was not a huge amount just a 15 cents. So I paid it.The funny thing is I was going through a series of discussions to establish a Tim Horton in College Station TX USA. I will make sure not to charge anything if one needs a cup of water and consider as a cost of doing business

I did mobile order here in the morning muffin and tea. She gave me my muffin and served the order without completing my order. I was waiting for my drink and the I ask for my order she didn’t check and told me to wait I did wait for 15 minutes and she didn’t give me order after that I left the store without taking my drink. It was bad experience. All the girls even new staff on training really nice and fast.

Worst tim hortons I’ve been service was terribly slow had to leave before I got my coffees or I’d miss the bus was waiting over 20 mins staff were just lazing around

Service was ridiculously slow. Waited 20 minutes for our order and ended up leaving before we got our coffees because we would’ve missed our bus otherwise. Most expensive farmers wrap I ever bough

I ordered a small coffee by mobile order. But still I have to wait for 5-8 minutes for coffee . I told them I placed mobile order they just ignored and keep doing their work. Like seriously if someone is in rush that’s why they placed mobile order. Worst customer service ever

The tim hortons in royal center needs ALOT if help. The smaller one inside bentall seem much faster, it blows my mind because thru have such a small working place yet get things done quicker whereas Royal Center they are super slow all the time. Please put more workers there... you have the space for it

I ordered ice coffee and she gave me ice cab which was ok but she was like why u didn't see the screen. I was like whatttt??? I clearly said ice coffee and I'm a regular customer there. That was sooo rude and I just left my coffee there. No need for that coffee :( :/

Understaff location. Staff is hardworking. Everytime i go there to get the food i takes me around20 minutes to just get the one drink. They should hire more people.

I would give zero stars if able to. Some of the WORST Tims food I've had, customer service is also atrocious. Go across the way to Mcd's.

Swung by on a craving whim for a Walnut Banana Loaf Muffin which is hard to find across Tims in downtown, but this location has the biggest selection i have seen. I especially wanted to make use of the weekly offer for any muffin for a buck, awesome value and I actually rate some of the Timmie's muffins! The joint itself is a good location but terrible service, the server was extremely rude, insisted she scanned my Tim's Rewards but didn't and therefore missed out on a playing chance for a rollup. She also had quite a lot of attitude and single word responses with zero manners.Anyway, asides from the service a nice yummy tasty and good value for money treat when on the move!
