We go here a lot! Unfortunately almost every person who works here is new!! I feel sad for the people who stay working there because it must be SO stressful for them. The newbies have no clue what they are doing and it takes forever to get your order, especially on the weekend. We love the dark roast and the hazelnut muffin! Yum! It will keep us waiting for our orders it's that good.
My morning starts out with a fresh large dark roast coffee with a shot of espresso, 5 sugars and cream! A breakfast farmers wrap and apple fritter join the buzz!! Always a great experience, quick service and clean!
The rudest staff i ever met, Visit this tim horton two days ago around 4 pm and girl named bindra something dont know her exact name she dont know anything about customer service, guy standing infront of me asked her where is the washroom key and she said " its here cant you see", i was so shocked that how can you speak to someone like that, this location of tim horton should really consider changing their staff or gave them special training on consumer service.
Same as so many other customers, i also had worst experience at this place. A employee name Bandra something was very rude to me and my coworker. She know nothing about customer service.
This is the slowest place ever. I stood in line just to order for about 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for just a bagel and a coffee. There are people doing nothing to help the line. They don’t apologize for making you wait and aren’t friendly at all
Do not ask for extra sugar after you grab your Coffee, otherwise Manager Alma Rose will not provide you. Seems like it's a personal fight, but it's not. I asked many times for napkins, sugar or extra stuffs in Starbucks or different Coffee shop, they are happy to serve that even if I go back twice in a day. Sad but truth, Tim Hortons make such a nice Coffee , unfortunately I won't go this location. Customers wait for a long time outside in the morning and after waiting for 10 minutes or so, if you forgot to ask for extra sugar, they will treat you badly. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have never seen such a slow working place in my life. They are also incredibly rude to the customer. they don't care about anything. so sadly.
Worst location. They are always getting my delivery orders wrong or I dont get them at all! Can't even talk to anyone there because they never answer the phone. So frustrating!
Extremely rude customer service. As a regular customer, the same manager Alma Rose is consistently rude to many of the customers. She either needs to be demoted or retrained.
